This is one beefy upgrade that goes kaboom and looks fantastic!
Little reminder to everyone. Adhesive putty is great tool to any collector. Its an easy way to attach loose part without using crazy glue or more permanent solution. And as long as its not on stickers or paint, will easily come off when you choose to transform things. If I had that gun, I would put some between the gun main body and the handle.

I got my second one recently. I wanted to arm up my reissue titans return Fort Max like my vintage G1 did. I'm just disapointed that no one has tried making proper upgrades to give him his double blasters or a proper helapad turret. The fact Hasbro skimped out so badly on that part just blows my mind. I'm also suprised DNA Design didn't try making one either. You'd think that making a new helapad turret for him would've been right up their alley. Maybe they might be willing to now that the reissue release is just arround the corner.

I just picked up a preowned Fort Max and have begun the search for the upgrade kits. The Perfect Effect rifle is pricey on eBay. I’ve located the DNA feet parts and the hands are going to be another investment. Oh well TFcon is coming up maybe I’ll get lucky.

Thank you, sir! I've had the upgrade gun and hands for a while now. I was a little PO-ed because the gun did not fit in the hands. I can report that it does go in but with a lot, lot more force then yours did.

Yeah nice touch! Two of them on the tower in Fortress mode would look amazing.
This really does look great, definitely a lot of thought went into this one. I ended up going for the Professor Hiesenburg Solution Set SS-01 Cleaver & Cannon rifle and sword combo. At the time, it seemed like the best bang for the buck, but their rifle compared to the PC-14 really is starkly featureless. It's a good equivalent to the G1 version.
Still, I don't regret it.
I really like the red foil visor you have on the head though.
I am just finding these videos now and sadly most of these add on items have been sold out for a while.
I bought mine a couple years ago. Mine is a tight fit and doesnt become loose as easily as yours. Maybe just qc issue.
It looks great in his hand, but how well does it do in his other modes?

I like the fortress maximus mold, but as Scorponok, he doesn't have to much, but the kits and the stickers made Fortress to look Better! and now with the new upcoming Scorponok Upgrades we can make a titan headmasters battlefield!
But my question is: Where do i get the cannons from the arms and the visor?
