Nice bike well done on that I would think the shop you bought it off should put that issue right because I would think that would come under the MOT , that said yep they are a good bike hope you get it sorted ok enjoy .👍

Yeah guys i normally go with noticed it then took it to MOT guy and he said it should of failed, but shop i bought it off said "Its normal to have a bit of play" then later flagged it as a common issue that needs fixing. Tried telling me theres nothing wrong so had help from a garage and Mot station get to asking the shop to fix it, we left them the number to call but so far no call back and when we spoke to them they told us their mechanics had left. Dont think the shop is going to honour the warranty.

@@EUKBIKER That is not right man these people should be chased on this , they are in effect selling defective even dangerous bikes with an MOT I would take it wherever I needed to to get this dealt with because someone else could buy something and have an accident what would they say then !! I hope something gets done .Consumer Rights is who I would go to and you would be entitled to a refund on this bike as it was sold faulty knowingly by them they are liable my friend look into it .👍

@@crumblymal8479 going to wait for them to respond on phone, if they dont ill get garage i go to to help fix the bike, then i think from there we'll see what happens. Looked online at their reviews, all brilliant up until 5 years ago (when original owner sold the shop), they kept name, but not same service as theres been a few issues raised from other people, things like brakes not working, tyres being wrong psi and various other things. Theyre a shop, its what shops do, theyll have a garage on site to pass out MOTs, but it wont be to full spec on the MOT, just whatever they can get away without checking, then theyll give it to the customer. Wont lie its a good bike, hence why id rather get it repaired than refund it. Im also on finance for it and the finance company is on at them to sort it but i think even theyre doubtful its going to get sorted. Either way its going to get sorted, either they sort it and redeem themselves or i get it sorted and things go interesting.
