Wow this is one of the poorest designed houses I have ever seen. Very cramped living space & little to no thought put into the design. Viewing from the road looked promising but once viewed up close it is very very disappointing with many design flaws & I would be surprised if this house could ever be sold at the price they are asking for it.
Thailand has multiple different styles of layouts non of there homes are made the same.There infrastructure isn’t standard Thailand has different elevation they cannot make every home the same.That is why Thailand has some of the best infrastructure in the world right now.
@alexn4255 closer to 70k maybe 80k to be nice😂 not worth these western prices at all! I can't just go jump on a train or ferry and everything is dusty and such a distance! These prices in Australia or France are justified w the public transport and infrastructure with easy access..idk.
To get to the back bedroom you have to walk through the bathroom connected to the kitchen??? I think the architect was drunk when he came up with that idea!
From the outside it looks like a small town church. If the builders basically determine for you where the tv goes they should do a better job at hiding the power cords etc.

I didn’t like the design project, make a terrace instead of a pool and move the pool closer to the fence and the house inside is cramped, I don’t think it’s worth that kind of money and the sea is far away, there are much better options for the same money, but here you go to the entrance of the house past the pool along a narrow path like on a tightrope)) and even if in the dark he comes to the pool like that, not a convenient option, I don’t know who will like it, make it 2m wider and have one corridor to all the bedrooms, that would be more interesting, looks like a hotel option for guests but not for one family
She kept referencing mountains in her video, but all you ever see are small hills. Not a mountain in sight! The layout and connection to the bedrooms is awful, having to go outside to enter all but one bedroom and that one you must enter via a bathroom first. The person who drew up the floor plan was not very bright at all.
nice house! u changed a lot! last year was slim and healthy. I would suggest do 5-7 days of water fasting clean your body and change your food :) see you soon

Dang, this house is cramped. You have a small living room, cramped dining room and a cramped kitchen. Sorry, but they need more room.
Had exact the same, when viewing the video. 2 or 3 beds and baths with more living space would have been better.

its like a small cheap apartment but its kinda house for 200g in village (nowhere) and it has 2 roads in front and back of the house. ffs
