I live near Lake Havasu and people that have these expensive boat come from all over to launch them then park them along a narrow straight to hang out all day and watch each other. They spend more time launching and loading than they do out on the water in the open lake.
A lot of show and no go. And the other family that spent 50 grand on their boat and truck combined had a blast ALL day on the water making great memories and made it home before these guys ever got to the ramp. But they did get to watch the boat go up and down on the trailer.
Why people hate on people who have the means to enjoy such beautiful fast machines? I'm poor af and I'll tell ya, if I could afford one, I'd have one too! I'll take the dc m35 widebody with twin merc 1350s! Thank you! Awesome boat, rig, and video!

I sacrificed being able to have relationships and being a father to earn and save money so that one day, I'll be able to do things I'm interested in and enjoy some of my hobbies. I went to the powerboat poker run in Miami in 2009 and had an absolute blast! I can't afford any of the boats there but, I enjoyed seeing, hearing, and talking to the owners. I don't hate on them for being more successful than me. I like to surround myself with people like that because, maybe I can learn from them.

I remember seeing this boat or I e very similar there when I worked there back in 2008! It was ridiculous to see how wide it actually was! The one I saw had twin viper v12 engines in it and our mechanic had to do all fluids when they arrived. Beautiful machine!!
Did anyone notice that when they were on the right side of the fuel pump there was no props on either of the motors but when they backed up to fuel the other side and was on the left side of the pumps the props magically was on booth motors.
Anthony that's not magic, they put gas in the boat before they put it in the water and props are much easier to install when the boat is still on the trailer. :)

But if you had watched the video they pulled the boat to the right side of the pumps put 100 gallons of fuel in that tank and it was no props on the motors. They backed the boat and truck up and pulled it to the left side of the pumps put 100 gallons of fuel in that side that's when you can see the back of the boat and the props is on. Just not usual to install the props on the boat at a fuel station. A boat like that I would have done that at home. I just found it strange it didn't have them and in the next clip it did have them.

The title of this video led me to believe that we would actually see the boat unloaded and put in the water. The video could be retitled to read "tilting the boat up and down and again on my trailer". Cool boat and trailer though, Im sure it looks even better when its not on pavement.

If I was going to sink that much coin into a boat...I think I'd just buy waterfront property somewhere and build a "garage" (warehouse sized boathouse with a slip inside and a gantry crane to pull the boat out of the water so the hired help could perform the 80+ manhours of necessary maintenance for every 8 hours on the water.
When I was at lake powell a couple years ago, there where 3 massive speedboats that sounded like jets flying through the canyon. I haven't found a boat on RUclips that sounds like it. I wonder if this is it.
