- It’s moments like this one that make the holiday season so special. A blind man is surprised with thousands of dollars in gift cards and a teacher is given a new car at her school. A "secret Santa" has been giving out gifts to people in the East Idaho community for the last six years. Nate Eaton, news director of East Idaho News, has been covering the mysterious donor for years. This year, more than $500,000 will be given to area families. Wow! The fact that he doesn't want to reveal his name, just to see the smiling faces of people who were given these incredible gifts makes it extra special. In the darkest and coldest time of the year we all believe in light.

I live no where near East Idaho, and I'm very thankful that I get to see these clips of Nate and the Secret Santa (incognito) going around being a huge blessing to those who need help and a hug. Makes me count my blessings every time I see these, and step up to help those who need really it.
I've been watching these videos for years now. In my house, it isn't Christmas time until I watch my East Idaho Secret Santa videos. The Secret Santa is an amazing person and so is Nate and his crew. His family is adorable too!

Every year since finding out about this, my daughter and I look forward to watching it. We absolutely love this. As a single mom to the most wonderful daughter ever, I love to see others so blessed. God has been so very good to us and I know the blessing it truly is to have others care for you and your family. It’s wonderful to see others being blessed. I kinda have a feeling it's a kinda old person who either everyone in the area knows or no one in the area knows. And maybe he doesn't have any family left so he decided to give his money away.

I wonder if he watches Nates secret Santa videos and feels such joy from the recipients reactions. Im not even from Idaho, but I watch the secret Santa videos from EIN RUclips channel (found them from the Daybell case😬). Must be nice to be able to afford to be so financially generous.
