Channing Tatum is so underrated as a comedic actor, he stole the whole scene with one line from whatever Jonah Hill was doing.

No doubt that, Jonah Hill thought of that idea during script brainstorming and it was his improvised idea, that came to him out of the blue.
And not a suggestion that he premeditated or had gathered a few days prior to shooting and producing the scene.
