Thanks for capturing this trip for the club and those who rode. It was a fun experience, and yes, I’m one of those who requested a “diaper change” at the 6,288ft peak 🤣😂😳
Ok 9er peak...here are the questions: What are all those gadgets on the left side of handlebars? What's that bracket for on the dash (left side)? How come you rarely used BMW app for navigation? What's that big bracket in the center for? thanks for answering - and great video by the way...looked like a spectacular ride.
Hello Flyboy, thank you for taking the time to comment and for providing your feedback!! :) Yes, it was a spectacular experience. 1. On the handlebar I have GoPro and Insta360 remotes. 2. On left side of the dash, I have additional GoPro style mount for additional mounting place for a different camera angle. 3. I do use BMW navigation, but I use the app mainly for tracking my ride when I am with a group. Since I wasn't leading the ride, I only had the route open on Apple Maps. 4. The big bracket in a magnetic mount for my GoPro so that I can switch the camera position from my helmet to the handlebar with ease.
Beautiful ride, Nicely captured and presented. Had been there many years back on the train and it was snowing and very windy in summer! Thanks for sharing
Hello! Loved this video. I have taken a car up MW many times and plan on my first motorcycle ride up MW this summer 2023. I have a 2004 BMW R1200 CLC but will likely take my recently purchased 2021 HD Pan America Special. I saw one in your group. Being new to ADV bikes, I’m interested in your HD-PA friend’s take on the ride up the mountain. Any way I can ask him?
Hi Dennis, this is the response from my friend. The bike is a great touring bike that is comfortable, fast, convenient and has many options/room for luggage. The bike performed like a champ under difficult conditions up MW. I’ve riden a Road Glide for years and find this a superior tourer. Excellent adventure bike too. I rode a new GS for a two day training course and find the PA equal. PA forums are a great source of information.
Parag, beautiful video editing and music choices. One question for you: What type (make/model) camera or attachment allows you to rotate the camera while riding? You had had views that were focused on you as the rider then shifted to the front for road view. Thanks, Ron
yahoo, dude-Loev it. this is beautiful ,

Been there. Done that. Got the t-shirt - literally. But still great to see a reminder of how cool Mt Washington is... Thanks brother!
Glad you liked the video 😊 thanks for taking time to leave a comment 👍

@@ninerpeak thanks for the review. Despite a few software bugs, it looks like the PA was a good choice for me. Ride well kind sir!

Thanks for the feedback! That’s Insta360 camera. I have Insta360 X2. Those videos are made in post production.
Is the road complete;y paved now? The last time I went up there were dirt/gravel sections.
Yes it was all paved, they did the last section a couple of months ago.
However, the parking lot still rocks and gravel. Not easy on a motorcycle, especially when wet.
