It's amazing that De Jong wants to remain at Barca when their best days are behind them. With their financial issues they are going to take years to recover. We at least are now building the future.
I think Ten Hag should forget about De Jong, since he doesn't want to play for Man United. We Don want a repeat of players not giving their all because they think one player is favoured above them. Haaland refused to play for United and the club never collapsed so what is the big deal about De Jong? Ten Hag can equally groom Fred and Scott to play even better than him.

I agree with you , what you say is so true more over, its imperative ETH gets the best out of the players he has at his disposal rather than push to sign players who's desire is not to play for united ..... Instead he should consider alternatives such as Neves and Tielemans ,they'll provide more than a player who's not interested in player for the world's greatest club

Haaland wanted to join Utd last season but we would not pay the price and city came in first for him this season.
