Phil Neal on 59 from right back is insane, 4 European cups, 50 caps for England with 5 goals in the days when they didn't give caps away like they do now and opposition was hard. Gets overlooked in the great defender debates.
Chalk and cheese, really. Such different time periods. How many goals has Salah lost 'by a toenail' to VAR for instance? Both massive legends for the club. :)

I'm not a Liverpool fan. But Ian Rush. What a goalscorer. These young ones today talk about Suarez, Owen, Torres, Salah, Fowler and for crying out loud Steven Gerrard thinking they were better than Rush and that football only has existed since 1992 with the premier league. Rush wipes the floor with them all. Imagine Rush and King Kenny Dalglish in today's game. Those two were the best forward pairing English football has ever known. Anyway Ian Rush. What a goal machine he was
You maybe prefer Ian rush because he is English like you but SALAH scored 70% of rush goals in 50% less games with weaker players playing around him that’s a fact But anyway both of them are Liverpool legends
Gerrard carried a team. Most would put him up with Kenny, above other greats like rushy. Rushy was great but come come. As for the Paisley thing, that is utterly insane. He won the lot. Shankley didn't. Everyone knows and respects that, reds fans or not
@@redboyjan you are right to be fair. Gerrard is second only to King Kenny and played in less successful teams and did indeed carry the side for many years. That's hilarious. I found an article online (tbrfootball) with the headline "Don Hutchison claims Arsenal have a player who's just like Liverpool's Diogo Jota". The photo with the article is a photo of Diogo Jota. THIS is the photo you have used for Don Hutchison in your video. 😂

Don Hutchinson used to look really like jota .. I wonder if they are related

@@charnjits Have you ever seen them in the same room?
Liking the sacasm😂😂
Haha wrong photo 😂

Imagine that Dalglish & Rush combination against today's defenders who arnt allowed to tackle and on these carpet pitches - they would be unstoppable
Imagine Rush's total if he had been our penalty taker! ...
It would be insane.
👍😊

My hero. Along with Obi-Wan Kenobe
Wow. Didn’t realize the massive goals scorers over the years. Incredible!
Mo will be 230+ ,at end of season .if he signs a 3 year contract ,he will be near Roger Hunt
Trust me if he signs a 3 year contract he will easily overtake Roger Hunt
Why have you got a pic of jota as don Hutchinson
still cant believe Don Hutchinson scored 60 goals for the reds... amazing
When comparing Salah with Rush.. Salah 359 matches 217 goals
Rush 660 matches
346 goals

Yes it's like comparing modern boxers or athletes. Better training doctors and hmmmm d**gs
But if you needed a goal to save your life...its Rush all day long.
Don't forget in his day defenders were actually allowed to tackle as well...

Bobby ❤
For me Suarez was the most exciting player I ever seen in a red shirt from the stands, but Bobby made me smile more than any other player

Can we have an Everton and a Portsmouth goal scorers please
rush 😊😊
nunez are the 3rd of the most goal in liverpool right now after jota and salah, and yet he got all the hate wtf
Because when we need him to get us over the line like last year he misses sitters should have about 20 more to his name
