    So have your spouse or friend FaceTime you and film the side of you while your kid or stand or whatever holds your phone so you can see yourself and change position until you’re doing it right and can mentally remember how you physically feel doing that and make cues to yourself. Sweet this was actually really really good

    Great video as always. Question, what was the frequency on the metronome? 180? Also, would love to see a before, during and after of a average runner or beginner. Someone not as gifted, someone who perhaps over pronates and has terrible form.

  • @MrSergecj

    At 6:10 you can see noticeable difference in his arm swing , left vs right. Right seems to be moving much more than left. Is that an issue to work on, or is it ok?

    • @matthewcarolan3461
      @matthewcarolan3461 3 года назад +3

      I am a bit late, sorry. In the ideal world you would want both arms to be 100% semmetrical, sadly we are not an ideal world. A bit of an uneven arm swing is nothing to worry about as long as you are relaxed and have good form everywhere else. If you look at elite runners in any racing distance you will see that everyone has a unique arm swing.... that is what makes us all special :).
