when I tried creating flange from first wall it is not created for inner circle then i tried it with outer surface it was created .what error i am making for inner flange of first step?.
I tried by changing dimension of inner hole to 4 ant then it was created so does the flange creation depends on size of hole diameter ?

Try to select different inner edges and vary the angle.

@@CADxTraining tried angle variation from 180 to 0 and length from 0.1 to 1 but getting same error .Also it is not able to unbent also not getting flat patterned
