I liked him before he basically tried to make him self superior to Thunder by basically excitedly screaming that his dad threw him out then casually said no one wanted him there at all is if this guy didn't just witness how terrible his dad was acting and got mild trauma from it

Then he wound up Midgepelt because of balding spots probably caused from excessive itching and/or grooming, which I think could be possible if he's prone to flea, mite, or even the parasitic midge infestations for whatever reason. I would imagine if this was the case he'd have been cursed with bald patches for most of his life. *However,* he could also just have been an overzealous groomer and wound up with really thin furred or completely bald patches as a result so when he was given his warrior name his leader was like, "Hey, you love preening and grooming your fur so much I think I'll call you Midgepelt. Congrats, you narcissist!" I definitely prefer that to be the case than the otherwise mean, "Haha, you look like you've a bug infestation," route it could have also taken.
i loved it when midgepelt saaid “its midgeing time” and then pelted all over the place. Truly the best warrior cats scene of all time, had me crying, laughing and shaking my fist at starclan for their unwillingness to stop such blasphemy

As much as people hate Thistleclaw, he and Snowfur had more alike than people think and were two peas in a pod, for better or for worse. Can you please talk about Alderheart, because when he was an apprentice he couldn't hunt as well as his sister, and got forced to be a medicine cat. He had to always feel the overwhelming feeling that his sister was always better than him. He suffered from anxiety, sandstorm died on the quest to go find skyclan, and from failure he thought he was going to fail all the time.
I agree! Also I find it so fucked why they forced him into the career of medicine cat,, like yall couldn't just try harder to train him better?? Different education approch? Charter school open door apprentice training program for Alderheart??? What if someone suddenly was completely unable to do their work as a warrior, but wasn't elder-age yet and was completely capable of becoming med? Do they go to the elders den to be essentially shamed for being disabled because "sorry the position you would do best in and contribute the most to the clan is actually taken by this able-bodied man beacuse he's kind of bad at hunting, soo..."
@Idotic Moron Cinder wasn't forced. In FoS Yellowfang suggested she be her apprentice because Cinderpelt was at that point her apprentice and eager to help the old cat, just one without the title. Cinderpelt was happy and EXCITED to become a med cat too. Yes, she has a broken leg and was hindered as a result. But there was no forcing, she desperately wanted to contribute to the clan and Yellowfang officially gave her that ability to. :/ (I've read FoS recently so it gave me a memory refresh)
Can you talk about Skyheart next? I absolutely love her name and she got a little bit of attention in both Leoparstar's Honor and Crookedstar's promise. I just really like her :)
I think you could either talk about sweetpaw or rowanberry and nutwhisker. Although sweetpaw is only featured through half of Bluestar’s prophecy, she has a lot going for her, if I’m correct she was named after pinestar’s mother sweetbriar, she was thistleclaws littermate. And she was probably buried alive due to the fact that she was probably in a coma due to food poisoning. Rowanberry and nutwhisker are Yellowfang’s siblings and we’re a good support for Yellowfang, mostly rowanberry, she was nightstar’s mother and when Yellowfang was exiled she was really the only one who protested.
?? Sweetpaw was born way before Thornclaw and is not his sibling, and also she died from eating a poisoned mouse. I think I know what you mean by buried alive- that was a “fact” spread in those warriors “facts” videos back in the day, but was never once said in the text or by any of the Erins. It’s one of those weird fandom things people made up for videos.
The tree thing reminds me of that one scene from Disenchantment. (The protagonist climbs up a tree to avoid being taken back to her wedding by her pursuers) "I won't even dignify that with an upward glance."
Being someone who has only read the main four arcs but still watches Moonkitti, I was not anticipating this to be a video where she just talk about what color the cat is because he has no other lines. Fantastic, love this community.
I would love for you to talk or mini-talk about Willowbreeze. She was Crookedstar's mate, and she always had a little bit going for her with the attack that made Crookedkit become Crookedpaw (i think it was a hawk), her defending Crookedpaw/Crookedjaw against Beetlenose, and her just being a good mate and warrior. Plus she was Silverstream's mom who's like the Aphrodite of Warrior Cats (i always found that a little bit stupid. According to the family tree her description of her appearance is super similar to Longtail's)

Can you talk about Speckletail next? I think she's a really interesting character, being the oldest queen in ThunderClan, probably of all time? She loved Snowkit with all her heart, and I think she did the same for Brightpaw after the attack, but my memory is a bit fuzzy :)

Minor thing, but Midgepelt's sprite on the Warriors Wiki was not made by Vixenblaze. They started to make it, but it was never approved (same goes for Breezefeather, who did a few uploads before either withdrawing or declining). The person who actually made his image, including all tweaks and the redone image was a person call Bluestar11796, AKA me. I made that image, including the version you showed here. That being said, I did enjoy the video. You did a great job as always (apart from that one thing).

What if you talked about how the death rate of kits went down once the cats moved to the lake? In the forest, it was common to lose entire litters, such as Snowkit and Mistlekit, or Featherkit and Cricketkit. No one batted and eye about it, it was normal. But once the cats moved to the lake the death rate moved to almost zero. Dandelionkit, Juniperkit, and Flickerkit are some of the rare few we're seeing. Now because of that, the clans are growing huge, and tons of inbreeding is happening to make even more kits that surprise surprise are going to have more and more inbred kits.
If you do see this comment, Grasspelt :D I just watched my new comfort MAP, that has Grasspelt and talks about the possibility he could’ve loved Briarlight. It’s really cute. i have another theory! while bug bites may only be visible on a cat's nose, y'know what actually causes bald patches? ringworm. ringworm is a fungus and not a worm, so cats could easily point blame at bugs they can see vs. a fungus they can't see. given this, they wouldn't know how to treat ringworm, so poor midgepelt could have scarring for a long-term infection. the only drawback here is that ringworm is extremely contagious, so all of windclan would be like that if one of them caught it. maybe it was an infection as a kit that caused permanent scarring? or a recent one as an elder that his weakened immune system could barely handle? who knows! considering the Erins have never described ringworm in the books, i gotta wonder how common it is in the UK. i'm very much overthinking this, but it's in the spirit of this video! i volunteer in cat rescue and ringworm is an absolute nightmare, so i couldn't help running with it.

I would love if you talked about a certain group of cats, sleekwhisker, strikestone, and juniperclaw? Their all siblings, and while juniperclaw has a lot more to say for than the other two I think it’d be cool to hear you talk about them ^^ or just talk about sleek and strike if juni would make it too long
Minor thing, but Midgepelt's sprite on the Warriors Wiki was not made by Vixenblaze. They started to make it, but it was never approved (same goes for Breezefeather, who did a few uploads before either withdrawing or declining). The person who actually made his image, including all tweaks and the redone image was a person call Bluestar11796, AKA me. I made that image, including the version you showed here.
That being said, I did enjoy the video. You did a great job as always (apart from that one thing).

What if you talked about how the death rate of kits went down once the cats moved to the lake? In the forest, it was common to lose entire litters, such as Snowkit and Mistlekit, or Featherkit and Cricketkit. No one batted and eye about it, it was normal. But once the cats moved to the lake the death rate moved to almost zero. Dandelionkit, Juniperkit, and Flickerkit are some of the rare few we're seeing. Now because of that, the clans are growing huge, and tons of inbreeding is happening to make even more kits that surprise surprise are going to have more and more inbred kits.

Yellowfang talk because she literally had voodoo powers and could feel her clanmates pain and I think that’s pretty cool and should’ve been used more but the special edition came out later so I know why it isn’t.

i have another theory! while bug bites may only be visible on a cat's nose, y'know what actually causes bald patches? ringworm. ringworm is a fungus and not a worm, so cats could easily point blame at bugs they can see vs. a fungus they can't see. given this, they wouldn't know how to treat ringworm, so poor midgepelt could have scarring for a long-term infection. the only drawback here is that ringworm is extremely contagious, so all of windclan would be like that if one of them caught it. maybe it was an infection as a kit that caused permanent scarring? or a recent one as an elder that his weakened immune system could barely handle? who knows! considering the Erins have never described ringworm in the books, i gotta wonder how common it is in the UK.
i'm very much overthinking this, but it's in the spirit of this video! i volunteer in cat rescue and ringworm is an absolute nightmare, so i couldn't help running with it.
