    This man in this video is an educated man. He is light years ahead of so many other videos I have seen coming out of Pakistan and India.this man built a high quality machine that must be square and parallel and have sliding parts that cannot bind up. Welded out with a noisy welder and if these people watch and learn, they too can master the skills needed to build this machine and many other variants of this or more. So many people don't have the opportunity to do this work shown in this video and don't understand the principals of geometry and skills involved in this manufacturing process. The people in this factory are blessed to have this teacher if they are willing to put effort into learning what he is showing and doing. To be honest, this is one of the absolute smartest men I have seen in hundreds of videos I have watched. I also see he is a devout Muslim. He must be a pillar of his community and Mosque. Good on him.

      Thank you very much for the compliment. Glad to read your comment. You are absolutely right because while I was shooting this video, this person told me that accuracy is very important in this machine. He says, this machine will not work properly if its frame, or the shafts used for slides are not parallel.
      I will definitely convey your thoughts to this person. Thanks

The other things that are amazing are that they sit 90% of the time they're working, they have no boots, and they employ kids that look like they're 12 years old. Also, not to mention they use welding helmets that my great great grandparents used in the 1900s, and they're broken, lol. They probably wouldn't know what to do with an auto helmet.

I know that's the only reason I wear any kind of PPE, and I still have managed to get steel in my eyes and hydrochloric acid, and let me tell you neither one feels good. The guy who's grinding in this video has to get steel in his eye at least once a month.

      @rayfalcon777 2 года назад

      Yes alot of people including myself strike in another place for several reasons to check for ground and current flow , also in case the rod sticks or messes up it wont destroy the immediate work area that is already in progress and it helps to slightly heat the metal on the way to the work area, some do it out of habit from working on huge parts or pipeline construction or pipeline welding tests

    Is it safe to weld with your eyes closed?
    Not only will you be unable to see you work, but the UV rays from the arc will go straight through you eyelids and burn out your eyeballs themselves. This is not a recommended technique for protecting your eyes. A much better idea would be to use a welding helmet and see longer.

      When I asked him about it, he said we can't work wearing helmets. "We have become accustomed to doing so," he says.

      Thank you very much for the compliment. We are fortunate that technology has bridged the gap between our borders. We can't meet but we can talk to each other.
      Спасибо большое за комплимент. Нам повезло, что технологии преодолели разрыв между нашими границами. Мы не можем встретиться, но мы можем поговорить друг с другом.
