  • Amazing Process Of AutoMobile Bricks Making Machine Manufacturing In Local Factory
Manufacturing an automobile bricks-making machine involves various steps such as design,
fabrication, assembly, and testing. Skilled engineers create detailed plans, ensuring precision in every component. Local factories often source materials locally, promoting sustainability. Skilled workers then bring these designs to life through welding, machining, and assembly. Rigorous quality checks guarantee the machine's reliability.
It's a fascinating process that combines technology, craftsmanship, and innovation.
This video is a result of 35 days of dedicated effort and hard work. Every step in the manufacturing process has been carefully crafted to provide you with an in-depth look. I poured my heart and soul into creating this content, and I hope you find it worthwhile. Your support means a lot!"

World does not appreciate, the extreme dedication and Hard Workers, specially in 3rd World Countries like Pakistan. World's best medical surgical instruments are Made in Pakistan, but World does not know, because Europeans import them and re-brand them under European brands and sell them at extremely high cost. Also FIFA Official Footballs are made in Pakistan, by same type of Hard Working Pakistanis. Many other things, Pakistanis make for their own usage, due to Heavy and Unfair Embargoes and Trade Restrictions on Pakistan.

My family is Japanese. People think I'm lying when I tell them we go to the Onsen 2 or 3 times a week, and you can "bath" with several hundred naked men, woman, and children. (sometimes divided, sometimes not) They've done it for thousands of years. The world is a fasincating place, but for many things you have to leave home to find out. And the next issue, people go, and stay in hotels, etc. and everything is tourist oriented. I always insist on staying with locals in THEIR homes, and eating, and doing as they do. (yes, have to be careful with bacteria but that can be done.)

I spent many years in education, primarily teaching math and science, with kids with learning disabilities or just needed extra tutoring. I could tell that most were not going to go on to higher education. But, on the other hand, I knew that some were to go on to be very successful in the skilled trades. No, they would not go to Harvard, but many, if you put a wrench in their hands, they were like Einstein. Mechanical aptitude is a very real thing that even without a degree requires high intelligence, and these men are prime examples of that fact.

I do engineering in these countries..... they do not think as we do. However, on the welding end, a lot of welders do as they, close their eyes, etc. for short welds, etc. I was more surprised they didn't catch their garments on fire more than anything. People argue with me in these videos constantly that they should be doing "safety" as we do..... they wouldn't, even if you provided it. Not unless the entire culture changed. I ran equipment when I was 8 years old, printing press, letterpress. My father said, put hand here, or finger here, it chops it off, you will lose it entirely. No guards, no safeties, that's how it was. (And guess what, I DIDN'T!) Of course that is not say accidents can't happen, but you have to be so careful for certain. I had welders flash once, (i'm not a welder) but good Lord, I don't ever want that again, that was slow torture hell for about 8 hours. I wasn't even anywhere NEAR, the welding, but it was outside, and I was a land developer then, and we were doing a lateral sewer bore under the highway, and driving pipe, and drilling. 200 feet away or so, they would strike the weld, and occasionally catch me talking to someone in that direction. I didn't know what was wrong with my eyes.... until I was in like literal hell, then I LEARNED!

The dude with the cutting torch has a Bluetooth headset, but no safety glasses, gloves or steel toed shoes? How many of these guys were injured or maimed in this process? The AMAZING part is any of these people survived to go home of an evening.

They do everything on the floor, but then they stand on the round, rolling tube that's laying on the floor. I'm thinking they go through a lot of employees.

And you ask ..why don’t they just use flat sheets rather then go through all that cutting and straightening of those cut pipes, I think they are using re cycle pipes from all those ships that they land on those beaches and cut apart… and the sad part is thes men work for pennies..

I think the designer of this machine did a good job, all the parts from different places(mostly from recycled material ) fit almost exactly, at least nothing that a hammer and a bit of heat could not fix. I find strange the lack of grease fittings strange though, maybe that's how they keep their jobs, done on purpose so the machine needs repair in the not to distant future. (just like modern world goods, though these are fixable, unlike ours that are throw away)
