In obodo oyindo, you are the wife, the mother, the Uber driver, the chef, the cook, the housekeeper, the tutor, the nurse, the counselor, and any other job/service that you do not have to pay for…it is indeed not a life for a lazy person!! Well done barrister Neze!!
I have 4 kids 4yrs old triplets who are highly domesticated. It starts from cradle. And today I find myself abroad they are a real help to me. This video is worth sharing
I am encouraged, I have a 4 kids too, a singleton and then triplets, am always wondering how I will survive without a help 😢 there's still time to get ready for me 😅

Hi Neze, my name is Joy, we met last Tuesday at the thorhill immunization centre. God bless you for this video. I have 3 children ages 9,6 and 1, I never had a maid even back home before moving here almost 6years ago, train up a child in the way they should go and when they grow up they will not depart from it.
Wow.. I’m amazed at how you first son stood in to help you when your daughter was born. Thanks for raising a good boy along side his siblings. My husband is super helpful, I can’t thank God enough for blessing me with him. So true, you have to be hardworking and super organised to survive abroad. Who even get time for makeup when you’re in a hurry to leave home in order not to run late to avoid recieving the embarrassment of your life. No African time for abroad Thanks for sharing Neze
I was raided in the UK ooo but my mum is African and raised me the African way and today there is nothing I cannot do and I'm training my son the same. He is 7 and has his age appropriate chores on a daily basis and knee he does them he can enjoy his privileges such as screen time and extra clubs.
I never beg my children to eat my food,if you don’t want to eat what I cook ,then you have to learn to cook what you want. So therefore, all my children both male& female knows how to cook.
The training starts from home, grew up in Nigeria but had my boys in the USA, my boys cook, clean, clean their rooms, I wanted them to know all these skills for the future, in the home, we’re all partners.
Wisdom platform. This video too is a wake ⏰️ up call, not only for those who want to travel abroad but some of us who are already here. God bless you and your beautiful family for the awareness. 🙌🏽🙏🏽❤️
My love and respect for you Neze has increased much more. My mum has been advising me on this but seeing this video is so impactful. I am a firstborn and I am so proud of your firstborn and he is a boy and he is so responsible for his siblings, this is so rare. You are indeed a virtuous wife and mother. I respect you. God continue to bless you and your home.
I must confess ever since i started seeing your videos I started working on my boys, I have 2 boys, ages 9 and 7.. They could only sweep and arrange their room but now I have started teaching them other domestic chores like mopping, washing dishes. Thanks so much sis for this.
Thank you Neze,I did the same thing to my children,my kids are so responsible,my son at the age of 12 was washing my car, cleaning the compound, and more,am so glad I did,now we stay abroad, they now work and pay there school fees themselves and they also save at the same time I can't be more proud of them living in
I was born & raised in the U.K. my mom came to the U.K. at the age of 19 she’s almost 60 now she raised us to be domesticated , we speak and write Yoruba & cook various Nigerian meals. People are always surprised when they meet me and my sister. When I went to Nigeria I was surprised so many house helps children have no clue what to do etc I am using the skills now I’m married my husband who is born & raised Nigerian real igbo man is always shocked I thank my mother, thank you Barr Neze for this video 💕
You're very right. Refusing children chores is a huge disservice to them! If we parents observe, children don't like to be redundant! Listen to the children you will hear them say, mummy teach me how to wash plate, I want to mop the floor, some parents simply ignore them. Nene, so glad to see your children very domestic. You're my type of person ❤Great Job!
I have lived in UK for 7years i so relate to this video i just subscribed to your channel. I have 3 sons and am hands on with them, they do little chores because i don't want to go mental abroad
The very message to be preached in this our generation you just nailed it, no more no less, I have two boys that are highly domesticated they can do virtually anything and everything.
Neze, serious discussion but I am cracking up. REAL TALK!! You hit the nail on the head. Parents owe it to their children to prepare them for independence, teaching them to 'fend for themselves' as the older folks raised us. Imagine having to pay national minimum wage for help and overtime after 8 hours. No disposables clothes, pots or pans for dirt!! You will do well with your openmindness and raising your children to help with chores from an early age. You make time in 24 hours and effectively manage your time. Blessings.
I love love today's topic. I can't even explain how many times i have rewatched this topic you deserve an African award. I love you mama. All the away 🇰🇪
I was quietly minding my business and Neze Peperempe came for me😂😂😂😂😂As for "as soon as they can walk!"😂. I can't deal, I'm cracking up by myself. In all seriousness, there's a lot to learn from this video, so much wisdom shared. I am especially touched by how your eldest stepped in during post-partum😢. Well done mama, I am learning ❤
God bless you Nenye for spilling this bitter truth. Some women think it's a way of flaunting their wealth, ignorantly destroying those kids. Congratulations you made the best decision, same way my parents trained & raised us up.
There is no house help abroad 😂….I have never had one, never want one. Always like to do everything by myself. The training I had as a child has helped me to withstand all pressures in any part of the world I have lived. Very very true observations.
I love this lady. Truth well spoken. I always thank God for my mother. I was born in Togo and lived there up until 14 years of age, before we relocated to the USA. But when we were back home we had 3 house help, and i was the third. In fact many did not even know my mother was my mother. They thought maybe my step father was my dad and he married her. Back Then I thought she did not love me but today hehe i am enjoying it . Been married for 14 years now and never had any issue as many people have. And I am training my kids the same way. If not for the way my mother trained me my husband and I would have eat our own cacas in this country when evil day came knocking, because my husband himself was raised by his mother as a king and if he would have married a spoiled queen he would have seen hotter pepper. In fact i advise that everyone should give their children a little pepper to prepare them for the future. When i took my children to Africa, they walk to school and sweat like I did and they did not complained except the small beating the teacher gave them. Please parent listen to this great woman of God. She is giving best advise most would pay millions of $ to get.
Neze please this topic deserves a whole video on it's own. I'm learning so much. I have an 8yrs old son, 6 yrs old son and a 4yr old girl and I'm already teaching them on house chores.
Good advice. My children are all grown now and I am proud of them. My son is 29 and can cook anything. He's good with all chores and my daughters are all hard working. Every young woman should watch this video ❤

Thanks to my fellow ex-warrior Neze herself, I love the fact that your kids are well domesticated, as in, I have always told myself that my children, both male and female would work and they would work well, thank God my husband agrees to that. I used to talk but they will say that is what they are used to and be struggling to pay all these extra abroad househelp so now I'm quiet and looking because at end of day it's them and their children that will be at a loss. A great job here.
Wow! Wow! Wow! ...My first time commenting on here. This episode is a mix of funny and educative! Really impressed with this quality of information you are dishing out. Well-done Barrister Neze!
100 percent thumbs up to this video.
God bless your children. They are so good. You have done so well as a mother.
To be successful in this obodo oyibo you have to be very intentional in all you do. No room for laziness. For parents you must be super involved in all that concerns your kids and i love it. Neze dt intro got me cracking. Keep enjoying Trudeau's land.
Ooh yes my Sister, Trudeau 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Congratulations Neze. It takes courage to train children domestically.
This is absolutely informing. My own reward is present. I buy story books, stuffs, toys as a reward, but the day i miss rewarding them, they relax back. Please how do you do it? Cos i really need them to know that its a responsibility even if no reward.❤
