    My gym trainer is so jealous of guru mann sir 🤣🤣..Coz most of the boys follow GMs programmes, no one asks him ❤guaranteed results with proper nutrition..#respect

      @@juanmata2131 bhaii bina trainer ke guru mann sir ke. Programmes follow kiya 10months me bht accha result mila mujhe aap bhi karo...
      Mass xl, Musclemode, Size 8,17 inches, muscular 8. Abhi tak itne follow kiya.. Great results no trainer can give u this kinda fast results but follow both nutrition and workout

      @@83rehanshaikh17 even I want to follow that but trainer bar bar dekhte rehta hai aur bolta hai ye kya kar rahe ho aur khud ka koi dusra excersise Bata deta hai...aur ab wo train force Kar Raha hai ki personal training Lelo accha hoga..

    Awesome, I'm no one who can suggest anything but still with all due respect I want to say that please increase the number of exercises for Rear Delt & Rotator Cuff, People now days follow only the mirror body. Please make more aware of the posterior chain specially Rotator Cuff. Because doing mirror body parts I also facing the issue of Shoulder Impingement. & Sir, You show 4 exercises for Front Delt & only 1 exercise for Rear Delt. Sorry if anyone gets offended.

    Bhai mein toh shuru bhi Kar Diya follow karna yeh plan. .and it's mind blowing but legs ki exercise sahi se ni ho pati ..kyuki upper body hmesha train karte rhe ab legs itne weak ho gye ki legs ke liye alag se beginning karni hogi

      Nothing comes easy just push little but constantly everyday. Never be satisfied with yourself. Try increasing weight very slowly but must keep your form steady.
