    Sepedi is a language and Bapedi is a tribe, therefore you can't say "Sepedi people", you say "Bapedi people".

    In Xhosa you can also respond by saying “ewe ke” in greeting back. Also we say “ndiyabulela” for thank you.

    We have general Igbo, irrespective of the part of the Igbo you're from you'll understand it, it called "Igbo Izugbe" (general Igbo) it's the one we use in studies and writing of Igbo novels, every Igbo person understands Igbo Izugbe (general Igbo) very well

    Make language challenge with sesotho sepedi setswana you will be surprised there is so much igbo words ❤️🇿🇦 igbo Nako sesotho Nako English time 🙏 ask the Pedi lady to say what🙏 in sepedi it's the same as igbo gini.

      thats only because sepedi sesotho setswana comes from Tshivenda . dont forget Vendas come from the Nok culture and the lembas .

      @@thabelodavhana no they don’t come from Tsivenda😂😂😂 Sotho-Tswana originate from Eastern Africa and moved south, Tswana settled in Botswana and Sotho continued down to Lesotho than there was a dispute with The Sesotho tribe and it split making that half settle in Limpopo making the bapedi tribe

    I believe if you can visit many provinces in south africa you go to north west, Limpopo, northern Cape, or western Cape you won't see Zulu but other provinces only 5% of Zulus like eastern Cape and free state so I'm surprised but South Africa is country that it's just unique when you come to languages bcz there are many groups of languages that understand each others like we have Nguni group the most popular group in south africa second is basotho group those groups they have their own language but they can understand each others without using English

      and Bantus. Xhosa based in Cape Province ie Western Cape, Northern CAPE, Eastern Cape, followed by Free State, Gauteng especially in Soweto, and East Rand. Sesotho language is based in Lesotho and found Free State and Gauteng. IsiZulu is based in Kwa Zulu Natal and is also spoken Gauteng, and a in towns bordering Eastern-Cape.

    Good Morning in Sepedi is actually '' Le tsogile? " not Thobela, you can use Thobela any time of the day. Then the person will respond by saying" re tsogile le re ka ra lena or re tsogile le kae?. Then the first person will also return it by saying '' re tsogile''.
