Really miss to fly again…with Malaysia Airlines. 😢😢My last trip was 2010 when I moved to Philippines. Every 2 months I flew back to Malaysia 🇲🇾 with Business Class. I really enjoyed every trips with warm amazing hospitality of the Crews. Now I wish that Malaysia Airlines will broaden their International Routes specially to US . I would love 💕 to fly with Malaysia Airlines again. May Malaysia Airlines Will Fly High Again. ❤

I hope you take your job seriously and I attached the receipts purchased in the previous email. Kindly go through it before communicating with the customer. For your information I also attached the bank details on the MAS website, pls kindly go through your systems, or if necessary pls cross cross-check with your other departments. As I attached this email to prove that I already attached the bank details and information you need. Luckily I keep a screenshot copy for my safekeeping.
And got your previous email in which you mentioned "industry guidelines when offering compensation" The definition of industrial guidelines is not a Law set by the Malaysia government and it's just a guideline to be accepted by the customer or not, where MAS mistake in handling my language, this is MAS's MISTAKE.
I will go through what is necessary to get my right back-to-claim event to go through to social media or media. I hope to hear from you ASAP. You may call my handphone state below.

Malaysia is a lovely country with great food and people etc, but their national airlines is another story. I am very uncertain about this new cabin which has done away with TVs and looks almost like LCC. This is when upgrade becomes a "downgrade".

couldn't you get an Indian to read the Tamil part? The pronunciation was absolutely awful. sounded like a lot of gobbledygook! Very disappointing
