Malaysia Airlines need to improve the cabin crew levels of service to when we were once rated to have the best cabin crew in the world. The airline industry is competitive & those that have the best services will always be the preference of travelers.

In order to survive , they need to change their kebaya colour. It looks faded as compared to SQ kebaya.
It's down to different cameras and filters. The SQ one fades too as with all batik. Theirs can also look especially faded under harsh lighting. Cameras don't do the MH uniform justice, they're incredible striking in real life

I flew on Malaysia airlines six years ago and during the meal service, I ate too fast and had some excess food down my throat and felt like choking. I gestured that I needed water and the Malaysia airlines cabin crew coldly told me to wait my turn. I quickly drank my sister’s water and felt better. Based on that incident, I will never believe MH’s campaign about their inflight service ever again nor will I fly them again.
