I expect continued growth from MH. I hope to see a significant reduction in international flight delays, along with thorough safety checks. It is desired that announcements of delays due to aircraft technical issues decrease substantially.

Malaysian pride? National carrier? I don’t think so. It’s a national shame and you are moving towards budget airlines model now. Also, your eco friendly measure is not true! You are compromising your customer comfort! Dont get me wrong as i am frequent flyer of MH. When you decided to change to the new blue Grey uncomfortable flat as plank and heat inducing seats and removing all the in- flight entertainment (IFE) screen and expect their paying customer to connect their own phone/ ipad to their useless wireless IFE that doesnt Work even the flight attendance resetting them. How many phone/ ipads you need your paying customer to carry on board for a family with kids of 2-4 travelling on board? Furthermore, no headset provided is the worst of all. You are encouraging some of your inconsiderate customer to use their speaker to watch downloaded Stuff in their devices and broadcast the audio publicaly. So annoying and noisy on board and the flight attendance just allow them. It’s becoming like Pasar malam (night market) on board now. If the devices low in battery, to charge the device or connect to headset to continue with the entertainment? Malaysia Airlines Malaysia Airlines oneworld Alliance you are claiming with this cuts (removing your IFE screen, flatter seats, half Dashboard between Business class and economy class, wooden cutleries etc is so called Eco friendly and sustainability = lighter planes= fuel saving= environment friendly but we dont see the ticket fare reduced? Furthermore, how can you claim that with all this cuts (flatter seats, no IFE screens etc) making the plane lighter (you are adding more seats instead of 140++ now became 160++ seats onboard on the new silly design). Also, you are benchmarking yourself with Air Asia/ Batik air but the price is not comparative to them. Still as expensive and high as before. Moreover, your safety demonstration is manual demonstration and not via the video display.. are you moving backwards and not progressing forward for improvements? Non sense for all of this.
Have not flown MAS for few years now, never knew they removed IFE display. Really? Wow terpaling eco....😅. Tell me at least they have a mount to put your tablet/phone...
