Beautiful video. Preparing passengers what to do before arriving at the airport and flight. But I didn't like about golden lounge where passenger have to go and get their food when is ready. MH should have staff to bring to table when the food is ready. Other than that all are very well made video.

QQ5PVL PNR, I booked with additional charges for easy refund in case of flight cancellation. Even after that, flight cancelled, I was informed that it will take 3 to 4 months for refund. I am waiting. What else as a customer can I do Sir ? Do you think we would once again fly in your airline ?

MAS recently introduced a system for all on-board preventive measures for passengers caused by the corona virus, including passengers over 80 years old and under 8 years old, who need to provide a certificate of good behavior and a certificate from the Malaysian Ministry of Health to allow transit. The system will ensure the safety of all passengers on board, national security and images.
