- This easy Mango Smoothie recipe is super creamy and delicious! It only requires 4 ingredients and is perfect when you want to make a quick smoothie in the morning before heading out the door. Or if you are looking for a sweet refreshing drink for a lighter lunch or snack then this mango smoothie is perfect!
MY BLENDERS:

VITAMIX BLENDER: amzn.to/36rbOUU
RECIPE:
1 1/2 cups Vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 - 1/3 cup Vanilla yogurt (my favorite is Oui Vanilla non-dairy yogurt by Yoplait)
(optional) 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (make sure to buy ground or milled flaxseeds and not whole) or hemp seeds
(optional) top with shredded coconut
Add all the ingredients to your blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Are there any substitutes for almond milk? I’m not a fan of using it lol
Hey Dashia! You can sub with any plant based milk. Oat milk, soy, etc.
Sometimes I just use a dollop of nut butter and add water instead of milk. Or I make my own almond milk or oat milk because often, I don't like the taste or all the ingredients in packaged/carton milk. I like things as fresh as possible with minimal ingredients. Maybe try making your own nut milks? 😊
