    i dont live in an area with people that understand pitching mechanics and everything behind it the way you guy or other more experienced people i’m not trying to say i’m the only person that knows anything about pitching but would you still recommend getting a coach to view it from someone other than yourself

    I apologize if you covered this I only had time to skim through parts at this moment. What about just doing concentric only exercises all offseason. Deadlift the weight up and drop, chin up yourself and drop, sled pushes which I did hear you say etc...?

      You actually do want eccentric training for tendon connective tissue strengthening and potentially hypertrophy.

    How come I throw like 3mph flat ground harder then on a mound

      your throwing to many flat grounds probably your mechanics are fixing themselves to work on flat ground and your not transferring it to the mound
