Myself & wife sat in their car, white Triumph 2500, and the end of the show at Jollies, in Longton Stoke on Trent, not sure of the year but it was snowing. Great bunch of lads.
Good music and voices ! What year is the video , I wonder ? I wonder who was the producer, the sound engineer on their records of the sixties . The same professional and master as George Martin ! Unfortunately, I still don't know !
I think these guys could've rocked it at the original tempo, but slowed it down for their audience. Almost a Jimmy Buffet vibe to it. The harmonies are actually better than the original. Well, I mean, Cat Stevens sang the original, but you know what I mean.
I've ALWAYS loved this song!! Just heard it on the radio and looked it up to save. Awsome live show!!
One of the fav songs and groups- at any age!

You’ll never walk alone ✌️
Really like this 👍❣️
They can actually sing. And harmonise.
Dragging a bit is the only problem.
I like this tempo better
They are slowing with age .. the beat is a wee pedestrian BUT still a great song
aragorn1959 One can enjoy the song a little, longer. Probably sounded fine if there live, for the music.
Sang this on a cruise ship karaoke contest .. and won! Thanks to Chip Hawkes and the guys
great
You left out the cowbell.
@@randyjackson864 I loved the cowbell in this, too.

Reminds me of my family's old Philips Radio.
Play it in x1.25 to get closer to the original
Too fast…
Is that still Bob Benham there?
No
I wonder who is the lead singer here ?
It's Dave Fryer ... took over from Chip Hawkes in the 80's and stayed with the band for over 20 years.

I thought it was a bit laboured, but it's done on purpose, that explains it
The guitars 🎸 without ends give me anxiety lol
RIP Dave Munden

Great song. Too bad the drummer didn't play it correctly.
