      @@KennyJTV yeah actually the agency im working the agent is mentoring me really really and in my area the agency is top 3 in terms of number but for my personal growth in order to become an agent I need to increase my sell’s number I was wondering what’s your advice on that

    • @KennyJTV
      @KennyJTV  2 года назад +3

      @@aristidedarnel4636 that’s a very complex answer. I would say product knowledge is key. If you’re able to truly educate the person, the sell will come a lot easier.

    • @queenann8965
      @queenann8965 2 года назад +2

      @@aristidedarnel4636 I totally understand your question. I am focusing on my attitude and effort as a sales agent to grow, as well. It's important to be able to sell consistently for personal and financial growth. My company is big on attachments. So 1st thing is to be able to cross sell. If you get their auto. Ask questions to see if they have other insurance needs such as home and renters insurance. Follow up with those customers that were on the fence or needed a call back. Those are potential sales to close. Follow up is important. Ask customers that you bind policies with for referrals to their family and friends. Also, product knowledge and being able to navigate the computer systems is key to being confident when speaking with the customer. Another thing, if the top salesmen on your job are approachable, ask them what they are doing to be successful. Best wishes to you as you transition into the sales agent role.

      I know I’m probably late with this response and I’m not too sure if you work for Allstate anymore but the best advice I can give? Take your time and soak in all the information. I worked with Allstate for 7 months and for personal reasons resigned. Allstate is one of the few BEST companies to work for and make a career. The training was very interactive and fun, though we worked from home. Very to the point. And every single trainer was patient and rooted for you the entire way. Don’t be scared at all! And the only difference with Allstate and State Farm? With Allstate, you can still work as an Unlicensed Service Representative (without a license) and still help customers; with State Farm, you are REQUIRED to obtain your Property and Casualty License. Hope this helps anyone! 💙

    Can you tell me why State Farm will add a driver to my policy without my consent? They are telling me that since she lives in my household and has a driver's license, they have to add her. She doesn't drive. She only uses her DL for ID. She hasn't driven a car since 2013. I feel that adding her as an assigned driver increases my premiums.

    • @dee-dyi
      @dee-dyi 11 месяцев назад

      Its because she has a driver's license and not just and ID. She has access to the vehicle(s) garaged at that address and is rated as a risk.

      You should reach out to your agent and ask why you can't sign a driver exclusion form to have her excluded. (She would not be rated and if she happened to drive you vehicle and had an at fault accident you could potentially not have your vehicle covered for repairs)
