    How do I do this driving? I fear crashing on purpose or driving off the bridge. The physical symptoms are severe. I really will crash freaking out like that. lol.

      Pull over and practice, until diffusion is your automatic response. Every time you practice when you aren't driving, you will improve.
      This allows you to trust yourself a little more - and see that there is a fine yet clear boundary between what you think, feel, and do.
