Grease loaf pans or a large baking dish. Chop cinnamon rolls into cubes and place in a large bowl. Whisk eggs in another bowl. Add milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, spices, and salt. Mix well. Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Toss gently until the bread absorbs most of the liquid. Let sit for at least 2 hours, or refrigerate overnight for best results. Scoop into prepared pans. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm with glaze or sauce: vanilla glaze, caramel rum sauce, or even grilled like French toast.
My sister had six kids. The other sister had 2 I had one. I still occasionally bake like they are all still at home. So I have to send baked goods to the neibors
Hi Rachel. Thank you for sharing your amazing recipe for bread pudding 🍮. God Bless you and have a safe trip. Happy New Year to you and Todd. May you have peace and love 💕. HUGS 🤗❤️. Mari'a. ❤️🤗❤️🤗💙💙💙🎊🎊🎊🎊🍮🍮💕💕💕👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Rachel Great idea I'm allways looking for ideas for leftover things Such a lot of waste over Christmas time I try use every thing up Well I will take this time to Wish u and TOD, and family a happy new year All the very best for 2025 Hope it's a great year for u all
I make bread pudding all the time to use up the bread ends. I put them into large muffin molds for individual servings- they freeze very well. One of my favourite ways is using half milk, half orange juice with orange zest and blueberries.
I had several kinds of cookies left, so I put about a dozen per wide mouth canning jar, sealed them, and then put into the freezer. I also had several slices of cherry bread in which I had used my home-canned "spirited" cherries (I added a ribbon of cream cheese through the middle of the loaf), so I froze two slices per quart freezer bag for my hubby to pull out when he wants them. I also sliced and froze two slices per freezer container of red raspberry walnut torte. I don't eat any of that stuff (ketovore/carnivore since 2016), so it will last a long time in the freezer. If I was still eating that stuff, it probably wouldn't have even made it to Christmas Day.😂
I love your channel. For others wanting to make this recipe, I will respectfully point out that you used 1 cup less milk than stated in the written recipe. 1 1/2 cups of eggs + 3 cups of milk = 4 1/2. I believe you did a combined total of 3 1/2 cups. (See video @ 3:55.) Your breads look like they turned out beautifully, so I am not sure how much milk to use. What is your advice, please?

I have a savory bread pudding in my oven right now using up some leftover brioche dinner rolls, ham, and shredded cheese.
Happy New Year ❤❤❤
It’s all going tomorrow. My body is saying it needs a big salad.
Cream cheese on slices 😋
Looks good, but I doubt I would ever have left over rolls the ones I make we call gooey rolls (ie. stickey buns, butterscotch pecan rolls etc.) ❤️🙏
Happy NEW year Rachel.,, Have or DO you bake with Mace….??
