Not to jump to conclusions, but there's a good chance you pirated the game. The game's main anti-cheat is making so that if it can't connect to the right servers, then it'll put you on Katana Hero.
ive got a weird feeling that theres secrets in the game. like why do certain numbers keep reoccuring through the whole game. things like 40 wizards, 100 spirts and so on. it all feels a little to intentional but then again it could just be a joke from the devlopers.
@@Vegathron a cool idea might be to take all instances of numbers and like documenting them in order. i've just got this feeling it'll be a code for something. tho it would be teadious
Fun Fact: If you try to pirate the game (at least on most pirating sites) then this is what you get. You are unable to play the normal version unless you buy the real game. Pretty nice modern anti-piracy.

Nevermind I downloaded from another aite installed it it dropped me into zero.Finiahed the game in like 2 sittings it was amazing.Makes me wanna play a dating sim with realistic dialouge options.

I wouldn't be surprised if once the DLC comes out we realised they dropped a few Easter eggs or hints in it.

Funny enough, I played the pirate game first time and had no issues, probably because Katana Hero hadn't released yet back then.
