I'm eating a veal fillet that I seasond up, covered in shredded carrots and asparagus, cheese. Rolled it up and wrapped in bacon. Yum. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!

Being from the city right next to buffalo NY, Rochester NY the true buffalo wing style is the butter with 50% Frank's red hot 50% ketchup to make the sauce. You can tweak the proportions of each but that right there is just buttered hot sauce aside from that. Could get fancy and throw a splash of 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in there or whatever you really want. Also blue cheese only for the wing dip ranch make it too sweet you want some sharp flavors to contrast the heat throw in the blue cheese crumbles with the blue cheese dressing for the wing dip.

I made these crispy wings for Super Bowl today and they came out PERFECT, thank you so much for this video, I have tried many others recipes that were a failure. 👍😊
I have made Buffalo chicken dip for years, but have never thought to add in pepper Jack for some of the cheese & cook it up like a skillet dip, instead of just mixing ingredients room temp in bowl. Definitely trying this next time & adding in some onion! Thanks for the idea
