Its great how I became the face of Turkesterone even though Derek brought it to market. We all sold Turkesterone which passed all FDA required testing.
It was later discovered using more sophistical testing using a mass spectrometer (which the FDA does not use) that rather than turkesterone it was in fact other Ecdysteroids which where in the product which are very similar in structure to Turkesterone.
I and me then changed the label to better reflect whats in the bottle and never hid these facts or tried to cover it up.
I never see anyone mention any of the other 100 or so companies who sold Turkesterone other then me and sometimes Derek.
The 10’s of thousands of repeat buyers can attest that the product which contains ecdysteroids do in fact work.
It’s kind of like this if you had been eating mackerel for a year straight and enjoyed it. It tasted good it had protein in it and we’re happy with the results and then a year later you found out that the mackeral was actually halibut and still tasted good and had protein in it that would be a similar comparison to what happened here.
I mean I get it it’s so easy to hate on the people that sold it even though it’s not the people who sold it’s fault in the slightest because everything was tested third-party by the FDA required lab testing. But it makes for a way cooler story to say that Greg is such a horrible human being that he secretly was trying to scam out the audience to buy something that was like consuming dirt when in reality the product was amazing but the FDA never had the proper testing to see what was in it.
There are so many different at the steroids and it’s going to take years to find out the best combination in dosing to yield the best results.
But I can promise you 100% that I never lied about anything I never tried to trick anybody about anything and as soon as we found out we literally switch the labels on the bottles and that was 30,000 of those bottles that had to be relabelled because me and my company are as honest as any company you’ll ever find.
Of course I expect a flood of hate messages here but that’s to be expected and I am OK with it and feel free to shit on me as much as you want because obviously it’s going to make you feel better because in general people rather see successful people go down then try to understand what actually happened and respect a person for being honest about it.
I do think it’s absolutely amazing that I get to be the face of turkesterone even though I never discovered it and there’s more famous people than me who are selling it who do people don’t even mention and so I clearly did something right and was honest the entire time and so I have zero difficulty sleeping at night because I know I am not Trying to deceive anyone

Any thoughts about that? While I dont buy or condone Turkesterone, MPMD (DEREK) has said from the outset that he wasnt even sure if it had any effect and may in-fact have NO effect on muscle building HOWEVER, he felt like he'd seen a noticable difference BUT QUICKLY ADDED it could very well be psychological. He started selling to make it easier for anybody else wanting to try it but he kept up his video with said warning. Greg Doucette, MSc however was not so open about it and was pushing it hard. Then other "influencers" jumped on the bandwagon. Doucette (and now Nalewanyj) hopping on the supp bandwagon has really put me off subsribing to these guys. Not for everyone, everyone's experience varies. For me, 3-4 days of Turkesterone 1000 mg (2 pills) (gorillamind or doublewood brands) gave me 5 lbs max more on top of bench-press, 2 more reps, recovery down to 2-3 days, a bit of motivation. I do not have to cycle because it's only half a week. Yes, i did blood work as well, got 100 ng/dl more. Worked for me, not sure if it works for others.

It's not even supposed to increase testosterone levels. It's supposed to interact with estrogen receptors. That being said, you got results because of your hard work, sleeping habits and good nutrition. The turkesterone did nothing.

Didn't you say that one study in 2006 said there is no effect while one in 2019 said there is a substaintial effect on performance and size? And that we generally just need more data to decide if there are real benefits from turkesterone? Then why are you blatantly saying there are no benefits to it at all? Isn't that a bold statement from a guy that goes by the data?

More research will always be great, but doesn't mean I won't call it for what it has been the past few years. Neither the the 2006 nor 2019 study gave us info on Turk itself since both investigated a different ecdy. Turk data has never been there and now that the hype is virtually dead, I doubt any resources will be spent on investigating it outside of any ongoing research (which of course if available, I'll be sure to cover). Check back in 10 years when the ecdy hype kicks back up.

My understanding of the current state of the evidence:
    - due to supplements not being regulated, you're probably not getting any ecdysteroids in your capsules
    - the very limited evidence for ecdysteroids having any effects in humans is weak and seems to support either a complex of ecdysteroids or some other ecdysteroid(s) as being responsible for any effect they might have, rather than turkesterone specifically
-what effects seem to show up in studies are inconsistent across studies and quite small, being neither significant nor statistically significant in the overwhelming majority of studies
    - most studies have been of poor quality
In summary, there's little to know evidence and no strong evidence for either efficacy or significant side effects from turkesterone or other ecdysteroids in humans.
