No for two reasons 1# the amount of ecdysteroid in general found in plants is so small you would need to destroy hundreds of pounds of plant material in order to get milligrams.. The cost per dose would be staggering. 2# You're not a plant so even if there was anything in there it wouldn't help you

Not for everyone, everyone's experience varies. For me, 3-4 days of Turkesterone 1000 mg (2 pills) (gorillamind or doublewood brands) gave me 5 lbs max more on top of bench-press, 2 more reps, recovery down to 2-3 days, a bit of motivation. I do not have to cycle because it's only half a week. Yes, i did blood work as well, got 100 ng/dl more. Worked for me, not sure if it works for others.
It's not even supposed to increase testosterone levels. It's supposed to interact with estrogen receptors. That being said, you got results because of your hard work, sleeping habits and good nutrition. The turkesterone did nothing.
Hello I always watch your videos... Can you make a quick video for working out for night shift schedule at work.. I always work out after night shift work.. Is it okay?
Didn't you say that one study in 2006 said there is no effect while one in 2019 said there is a substaintial effect on performance and size? And that we generally just need more data to decide if there are real benefits from turkesterone? Then why are you blatantly saying there are no benefits to it at all? Isn't that a bold statement from a guy that goes by the data?
It was later found in the 2019 study that the supplement they tested had almost no ecdysterone in it at all. This is a good reminder that a lot of studies are steaming hot garbage.
More research will always be great, but doesn't mean I won't call it for what it has been the past few years. Neither the the 2006 nor 2019 study gave us info on Turk itself since both investigated a different ecdy. Turk data has never been there and now that the hype is virtually dead, I doubt any resources will be spent on investigating it outside of any ongoing research (which of course if available, I'll be sure to cover). Check back in 10 years when the ecdy hype kicks back up.
Ironically, the only way one could "believe" it works are the ones who believed a RUclips video, because there's factually no evidence out there at the moment to show it does anything whatsoever 😂🤝🏾.
Well, I'll take the placebo effect then. When I've tried turkesterone as a powder (tastes horrible) and capsule, I've gotten noticeable strength gains that I've been able to also mostly keep after the cycle. Might as well gotten them without the turkesterone, but I'm talking about 10-30% depending on the exercise. I can't say about the muscle size.
Quinoa has ecdysterone in it naturally.. atleast you know youre getting actual ecdysterone... 2 raw ozs of it per day shoukd give ypu enough ecdy to see results. Im on day 5 of eating quinoa everyday.. hopefully I should see some improvements

curious, what about HTLT supps ectybuilder that claims to of infused ectybuilder synthesis with turktesterone, reason for the this is that turk is useless by itself anyway, was extremely curious if you've tested this out
My understanding of the current state of the evidence: - due to supplements not being regulated, you're probably not getting any ecdysteroids in your capsules - the very limited evidence for ecdysteroids having any effects in humans is weak and seems to support either a complex of ecdysteroids or some other ecdysteroid(s) as being responsible for any effect they might have, rather than turkesterone specifically -what effects seem to show up in studies are inconsistent across studies and quite small, being neither significant nor statistically significant in the overwhelming majority of studies - most studies have been of poor quality In summary, there's little to know evidence and no strong evidence for either efficacy or significant side effects from turkesterone or other ecdysteroids in humans.
But the real supplement exists? Does it work? An influencer i trust who wasnt trying to push a specific brand said it does IF you actually get the real stuff

Can you do a video on Taurine?
Did you gain muscle though?
@@bradfordmcdermott2063 Small gains.
You mean the latest "in" supplement influencers are being paid to hype isnt all its cracked up to be??? Ah well im sure the next one will work!
Sal at Mind Pump claims that it works for only 45-60 days, then it is useless.
Where can I find the link to buy elotestosterone?
Wait! Isn't turkesterone a type of testosterone from turkeys?
Hello I always watch your videos... Can you make a quick video for working out for night shift schedule at work.. I always work out after night shift work.. Is it okay?
Tried it for three months and did nothing
It loses it effects after 60 days.
Bump, because I’m genuinely curious
More research will always be great, but doesn't mean I won't call it for what it has been the past few years. Neither the the 2006 nor 2019 study gave us info on Turk itself since both investigated a different ecdy. Turk data has never been there and now that the hype is virtually dead, I doubt any resources will be spent on investigating it outside of any ongoing research (which of course if available, I'll be sure to cover). Check back in 10 years when the ecdy hype kicks back up.
@@PictureFit Really appreciate the reply. So much weird misinformation about turk online, so this clear it a lot. Cheers :)

Easily Class Action worthy.
All the people taking it and claiming they got stronger, leaner and bigger... SIGNIFICANT placebo or they were lying to sell more lol
Coach Greg gonna bring the hammer🤣
It's rather odd, it seems to work for me
Did you gain muscle though?
I use it while on trt and it gives me more energy, and fuller muscles. It's funny how people will just believe a RUclips video.
Will it shrink your boobs? I want to shrink my boobs.
Bro is scared of bulking and takes bunk supplements instead
@@shaiman5190 couldn't be more wrong.
The one I bought at amazon it works perfect i been doing double workout and that's not a placebo this is real
Did you gain muscle? Whats the brand name?
Can you do video on new fame thing that going on? Like train 1-3 days per week rest other days and see x2 growth?
What about combining quinoa WITH weight training?
Wtf are u talking about lmao
Quinoa has ecdysterone in it naturally.. atleast you know youre getting actual ecdysterone... 2 raw ozs of it per day shoukd give ypu enough ecdy to see results. Im on day 5 of eating quinoa everyday.. hopefully I should see some improvements
Keep us updated. The fx on me is it gives that drive to train.
I know for a people grasping at straws like this are definitely tiny and don’t have impressive physiques
I bought some from more plates more dates and I’ll leave a review after one month. I know the controversy with this supplement and it is a hit or miss with people but I’ll be transparent when I’m back after a month.
hey bro, ive been running turk for awhile and its been pretty good for me, im about to add ecdy. Tell me how your cycle goes bro. I also dont know why this supplement is controversial either since it DOES work it just depends on if your a good or bad responder.
@@VOYD733 yea it’s working after a week of taking it I broke PRs. I added Tongkat Ali and fadogia agrestis as well and I’ve been hitting every workout harder than I ever had in my life and I’m rarely ever sore for longer than a day sometimes I’m not sore at all. I’ve gotten bigger too but that could be the creatine. I overloaded for a week and got swole. Regardless of gains, I have so much more energy, focus motivation and I got so much stronger from that stack. Highly recommend.

All the Turkesterone stans from his first video are malding rn
This is such old news lol
Picture fit, can you make a video on tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis. I was planning to buy them but saw a ton of negative and an equal amount of positive coverage about it.
The min amount thats available in amazon is a 3 months supply so i cant even try this myself to check of it works for me
Doesn't work ashwaganda in som brands Are more effektive but not good.

can you do a video of laxogenin please?
But they did find more ecdysterone.
No plates...
curious, what about HTLT supps ectybuilder that claims to of infused ectybuilder synthesis with turktesterone, reason for the this is that turk is useless by itself anyway, was extremely curious if you've tested this out
Its all bullshit. Greg just renamed his turk to this to avoid the heat for now.
I wonder if coach Greg would make a video of this.
We got you, Jeff Nippard!
Jeff has called turk trash in multiple videos
My understanding of the current state of the evidence:
- due to supplements not being regulated, you're probably not getting any ecdysteroids in your capsules
- the very limited evidence for ecdysteroids having any effects in humans is weak and seems to support either a complex of ecdysteroids or some other ecdysteroid(s) as being responsible for any effect they might have, rather than turkesterone specifically
-what effects seem to show up in studies are inconsistent across studies and quite small, being neither significant nor statistically significant in the overwhelming majority of studies
- most studies have been of poor quality
In summary, there's little to know evidence and no strong evidence for either efficacy or significant side effects from turkesterone or other ecdysteroids in humans.
Solid summary.
Fun fact: i looked up danger zone
As in the song
Thanks youtube

MPMD where you at?
More plates more dates will be pissed
Can you prove any of this other then that one study. You sound emotional 😂
The herbal plant definitely does some stuff but its not steroid tier.
What about deer antler velvet anyone heard of that?
Coach Greg proves not ❤
But the real supplement exists?
Does it work?
An influencer i trust who wasnt trying to push a specific brand said it does IF you actually get the real stuff
There is absolutely no evidence that it does anything.
@@austinmartin9099 Its completley dependant on individual responses, Worked great for me and im about to add ecdy, Infact, when paired with ecdy, the results can be comparable to a low dose of anavar (If you respond well to it)
I advise you to try it and if it doesnt work then stop running it so that you can save money, for me it worked very well and im going to add ecdysterone. If you do notice anything, then feel free to do what ever you want. Turkesterone does infact work, just depends if you respond good or bad to it.

Where's my tinfoil hat, RUclips suppressing the truth!
3:00 I want to take your word for it based on this thing called "trust" - however, when the premise is "these influencers lied to you", yet you refer to us as your "good friends" while informing on how to spend money. Huge, blazing red flag right there. We're not your friends. Just watching and enjoying someone's content does not substitute a functional relationship with a friend. You are a source of information on the internet, and have not earned the title of friend with anyone here for this.
Woah super butthurt man is butthurt, who cares if he’s not a ‘friend’ does little to harm the veracity of the information, why are you focusing on this tangent?

So you're SAYING that in the Study that NONE of the pills had Turkesterone or much less than they said they did?

Also Derek from mpmd

Does this cartoon even lift
What about the eck (eckysteroid) something that's in some of the influencers snake oil mixes? Was that tested also?
Supposedly these snake oil products were mixed with a bunch of similar things at all are supposed to enhance your bodybuilding efforts.
It doesn't matter because ecdysteroids have been trialed before and shown to do absolutely bupkis.
Have a debate with Derek more plates more dates...
What a shocker!!! 😒
Anyone thought of injecting testosterone into plants? If their turkesterone would work on humans, maybe the reverse is also true? 😅
