@@wyattzworldHow is excited to get paid if Josh Allen did this I think it would have been a difficult story we can’t blame players for being excited and talking to his fans let him be
Just imagine the Chiefs picking up Mike Evans out of nowhere before he ended up resigning with Tampa, i would’ve stayed away from football for the season as well.
Me too then we'll really see what Brock is made of and if he can win without weapons. Although he did go 0-3 with his best players on offense out. He's a great game manager tho
@@JohnOMalley-c6sI fully trust Brock. Let's not forget he threw for over 4000 yards, 31 TDs coming off an injury to his throwing arm. Did he have some hiccups? Sure, that Ravens game was bad but it happens, Can't win them all. I don't blame him for the Browns loss. If Moody made that kick the narrative wouldn't be the same. It would be Purdy drove the team down the field when it mattered.
You are definitely correct about blood clots can kill you. Last April out of nowhere my mom had a blood clot that we were unaware of went to her lung and killed her. So yes, please be safe.
The only other time I remember hearing about a professional athlete having issues in regards to blood clots was Chris Bosh back in like 2017 I believe, and for reference, he never played again when he still clearly had more years left in the tank. So really hoping Barmore recovers from this.
This may be a hot take but the Tua and Jordan Love contracts are not bad at all, and will look good in the next couple of years with the continued inflation of the QB market.
@@vinnievinnie-sj5kr Yeah but they got paid at a different time, now the market value has changed. The Eagles were smart to pay Hurts early, because they avoiding the rising prices of the inflated QB market.
Its not a hot take, this entire video and comments are just stupid and somehow STILL dont know how contracts work. And thats coming from a vikings fan.
I really don’t get why these QBs are so selfish, what happened to guys like Tom Brady taking pay cuts so the patriots could continue to build Super Bowl rosters and not have there salary cap drained by just one contract
As a Browns fan, I'm very happy for Baker getting his contract and I will continue to support him in his time in Tampa Bay, because he helped the Browns make it to the playoffs. Then, my team shot the fans in the foot when getting Deshaun Watson. Jolly Good Time
Remember back when you had to either win a championship or MVP to be rewarded with the next largest contract in the NFL? Otherwise, you had to take the 2nd or 3rd highest regardless of how good you’ve been (i.e. Josh Allen taking less than Mahomes). Now everyone thinks they deserve to be the highest paid player in the league and everyone is just letting it happen
I agree with the Jordan Love take, it is a slight overpay (I would’ve given him what Goff got) but the Packers didn’t have a choice and if I had to guess they probably offered him Goff money to begin with
Having to sign Jordan Love Early is part of the trade off of having him sit. It was beneficial in terms of him having time to learn from Rodgers and develop, which clearly he did, but you’re also essentially sacrificing their rookie contract window. If they wanted Love to prove more, then they should’ve played him sooner lol.
Also, If Love maintains this play and is a top level QB this season too, then he’s gonna want more than 55 lol. If you think that Love will be good, then this is a discount in the long run.
Considering many players in training camp are fighting to make the roster, the franchise quarterback coming out drooling over his new 200 million dollar contract probably won’t be seen as the nicest gesture
I think the big paydays will calm down by next offseason if not the year after. 2020 and a lot of the 2021 (minus QBs) draft classes were stacked, and they are the ones getting paid rn.
If people think Tua and Loves contracts are massive think of the payday Dak is potentially going to get, sucky draft class next year and not very many free agent QBs other than him
We all know bounty gate was gross, but to be fair, if there's a bounty gate on Watson, while still bad, completly understandable. Also, screw the Browns.
This is going to be horrible for the NFL and will result in teams getting increasingly hamstrung. Its not the dollar amount but the cap percentage. I think some QBs will also realise this and begin taking voluntary pay cuts and those will be the teams that thrive
Deshaun watson is my qb all the way. And I have faith in his on field progression and capabilities. But that dude needs to learn accountability, and he didnt even answer the question the reporter asked
Jalen hurts was injured too last year that’s why he wasn’t running as much he had a knee brace on in every game since the rams in the first cowboys game just before half he even went to the tunnel early yet no one talks about how he was hurt last year 2:30
