    I'm doing intermittent fasting and I found that I was getting some adrenal fatigue symptoms when I didn't have any before. When he said skipping meals can contribute to it, that made a lot of sense. Sounds like I should ease up a bit on my fasting.

      The same thing happened to me. Initially when I did intermittent fasting including omad, I felt better. After a year, my adrenal fatigue symptoms which got me into fasting in the first place, returned.

    I experience chronic stress in the form of PTSD from a past abusive relationship. Besides the standard PTSD symptoms, I'm experiencing all these adrenal symptoms too! I wish Medicaid covered more holistic medicines.....

    I have low cortisol. 8 reading in the morning. How do I get it back up to a normal regulation. I also got depersonalization and derealization. I believe from my constant panic attacks for three months. I dumped so much cortisol in a short period. What can I do. I’m no currently stressed. It was just high for a long period. Do I have probably adrenal fatigue? I started licorice root tea. I need some help asap. I know my adrenal and cortisol problems can be fixed and my dpdr can go away

    What did he mean by "Pegan" diet? (As he compared it to the Vegan/Vegeterian Diet) -- Oh, I think he meant plant based diet. LOL! I answered my own question.

    • @MsHafekasi_
      @MsHafekasi_ 5 лет назад +3

      Paleo + vegan = pegan. I've heard him mention it elsewhere before. A predominately plant-based diet with small amounts of high quality organic, grass-fed meat, and fish (wild salmon, small oily fish).

    I have low morning cortisol but about normal the rest of the day. Would that be Addison’s disease?

    Can you please make a video about using hydrocortisone and how to taper safely?
    I have an endocrinologist and she's tapering me but ultimately I'm tapering myself i don't know how low is too low.
    From what i read is i will experience adrenal insufficiency symptoms no matter what during tapering because that's what causes the adrenals to start to function again.
