I think Cody is a cyborg with a lot of hair, Here are my reasons:
1. HE always knows the time without having a watch
2. Can remember his own set that is like an essay long
3a. Gets into a pool when it has been thunderstorms the previous night
3b. Says its the best part of his day.

It was really cool getting to hear about the differences between swimming in an endless pool and a regular pool. Neat how it helps you keep your stroke in line and you can tell what happens when you start to get fatigued. Sounds like a super awesome purchase! Looking forward to more videos.

It's really interesting to see how similar your warm up is to what I do as part of the British archery team. I don't do all the groin stuff but all the theraband work for the shoulders is pretty much the same and a lot of the dynamic warm up we do to. I've been watching your videos for a while and it's really interesting seeing the similarities in training practices across other sports.
So very glad that you are back doing your vlogs, motivates me to want to purchase an endless pool! Thank you!

Warmup (8x150m I’m order 50 scull 50 kick 50 swim)
Actual set (8x100 25 breaststroke 75 free on 1:30 and then 10x100 free on 1:35)
Then cool down (400 easy swim)

Hey, is the feeling from swimming there totally different to a real pool?
You should do a challenge for all your fellow Olympians, put the pool on max speed and see how long they last, you could keep a score board.
I found you recently and catching up on all your videos. You are so selling the Endless Pool. I've wanted one for years, but in the past never consistent with my swimming. After 30+ plus years I'm finally back in the pool. Last time I swam 5 days a week for training was 32 years ago! I was pregnant with my son. Love your videos! Getting caught up on what swimming is today! I may venture into Masters swimming. Never know.

Hi Cody! I was just wondering, I don’t know if you’ve done a vid like this, but i was wondering if you could do a video showing us all your stretches. More specifically shoulder stretches. I try to stretch them but all the shoulder things I know don’t really work that well. Love your vids!!

Do you need a pool noodle to cover the handle right above the water input? Just to avoid any accidental hitting of your hand when/if you get too close.
