The9jaboy šaltibarščiai - pink cold soup in hot day is so cool, or kugelis - but its more winter dish. black rye bread with village smoked sausage and gira it is kvass in russian non alcoholic drink. Or in Trakai kibinai its special dish It is a fast-cooked dish made from chopped meat and dough. often served with broth. Mostly produced in Trakai. But in Vilnius on Jogaila Street. there is a cafe where you can eat delicious and inexpensive "Sultininė" you know i more love sweets so i can offer you buy Šakotis its national lithuanian cake who look like pine tree or Skilandis or Kindziukas is a Lithuanian matured sausage made of meat, fat, salt, pepper and garlic. The ground meat is traditionally pressed into a pig's stomach or bladder, but today may be contained in other skins. And if you will go in Curonian spit try smoked sea fish its very tasty but only in what region because fish where is fresh and smoking right after catch. If you want try alcohol so i suggest lithuanian beer (better in bars where they produce what beer) and mead it is honey liquer
