I’m Scottish & just found out about my Lithuanian ancestry & was totally surprising finding out around 8000 Lithuanians migrated to Scotland after Scots travelled out there to coax workers to come back to work in coal mines & engineering amongst a few others as Scotland was going through the Industrial Revolution at the time .

What a beautiful country! Everything looks so clean and fresh. They have done a wonderful job of preserving the historical buildings. They know the value of good roofing! After seeing this I feel sorry for my grandparents who came to America after the Russians invaded Lithuania. They had a hard time trying to survive here and Philadelphia must have looked dark and dingy to them by comparison.
