I watched Swiper Island videos a couple of years ago, but didn't like the vibe and the guy's attitude so I quickly unsubscribed. I regret that because I can't unsubscribe now.

Not involved, but I called him out for always crying about other people, instead of just talking about the classified line. He tried to defend his actions, I unsubscribed immediately.
Yeah I use to follow them as well. They were fan boys but respected their opinions. But then they got some local tv deal and youtube (which made them something) took the back seat. And when they did make videos it was a rehash of what they put out the prior week. Later they added all the grade school bragging and attacks on other streamers and it got to the point where I dropped them and found better channels.
Same thing, I noticed his attitude about others and got annoyed and just quit him.
FYI, brother - Pampers Peninsula tried to strike my video down today, but RUclips denied his strike.

When I first got back into collecting, Classified became one of my main lines and I discovered Viper early on. Like you, I enjoyed his news segments and his takes on the new figures. But when he started talking/complaining about other channels and bitching about Hasbro every video, I just stopped watching. Sad to see all this bs going down in the toy community

this is one of the biggest issues I have with the toy-collecting community. it's people like this that are not about the franchise. It's all FOMO or Clut chasing. If it's not about the hobby or the love of collecting, think it's attention seeking, and if that is what it is all about for people like Diper Island then leave. Go collect shoes or something.

Great job on the parody song of ol’ diaper Isles.
I asked politely about his credentials, his contacts, his theft, and deleting everyone who doesn't agree. When he removed downvotes I was done and will never give him my time again. He was just swiping everything from all the good hard working fan creators. Swiper needs to be hit and claimed for every piece he steals, and he needs to go away. Diaper needs to be made a pariah and the other channels need to shout it out when he steps out of line, and people will learn, they should learn to ignore his channel. Maybe if he put votes/comments back, could take rational criticism, stopped stealing everything, stopped striking people, apologized, grew a pair... maybe, just maybe, but that's a huge list of maybes that I think he's incapable of.

I remember when this guy first appeared and he seemed fake as hell. i noticed he got like 10K subs immediately within the first month or so of him popping off while youtubers try for years to get that number. he is definitely view and sub botting. you don't get thousands of views with only 10-20 comments comments per video unless you are botting views.

Wow, Thanks for the input. Kinda new to all of this as far as all the channels and such. I usually watch whom ever can give me information and insight on a toy that I’ve been collecting for 40 years as an adult (60) this year just like GI Joe. All the crap that happens really makes the whole community look like the rhetoric non collectors spew about us. There is so much information about things I never dreamed of when I started collecting before everyone had computers. I appreciate everyone who has the integrity to go out and provide their own content and reviews. It’s what got me into Marauders, and Gridiron and many more sites. Again thanks for the info. I really am gonna have to be more selective.
