GI Joe needs more than comics. A animated series or live action series is what it needs and I agree with updating the website. So much backstory with these characters that many don’t know about except hardcore fans.
Besides my father being in the Army. My passion for G.I.Joe ARAH was a driving force to my decision to become a US Marine. So G.I. Im not interested in any of the Tiger Force figures. I'd rather see new characters made from existing parts than characters with bright orange and tiger stripes. There are so many characters left to be made. Flooding the market with repaints isnt what the majority of fans are asking for

Tiger Paw debacle is the one that made me decide I was done trying to collect them all. Since then I've dropped down to buying probably 60% of what's released.
Mark my words, these later waves of Tiger Force will create a new standard for pegwarmers and lost sales. Enough with the repaints. Nightforce is a little different because it intersects with a concept that’s actually plausible, but other than that… just…. enough, folks.
Night Force have new characters like Wolf Spider, Big Ben, Shockwave with motorcycle therefore makes it worth collecting including upcoming Falcon & Quarrel. Python Patrol & Tiger Force; not a force to be reckon with…..
Why aren’t super 7 figures selling? Cuz they suck. Those are junk figures that never should have been given a green light. Ever. The artwork on the packages is the only thing cool about them. Outside of that I’m glad that aren’t selling because it’s a lesson learned in greed.

Tiger force was my favorite when I was a young boy. Infact the Tiger force release of Outback was what got me back into collecting GIJoe. However I would prefer to see more of a realistic jungle camo on the figures. Tunnel rat will now have 3 of the same design but with slightly different colored clothes. Surely they could have had different clothes or maybe a camo tee shirt as its jungle warfare. Didn't elements of "combat" calls for different weapons too. No?

I bought a few super 7 figures because Hasbro dropped the 3 3/4 figures. But I stopped because of a $20 price tag. I kept the few that I have in package. I will only buy certain ones for that price. I’m mainly into the classified series.
Target exclusives are the worst, from a target standpoint. They are constantly canceling preorders and not just Joe ones. Also the silver lining to a lot of these store exclusives is that hasbro seems to be re-releasing them on BBTS. Glad to see you guys back in action once again !!!
Love the news, thanks for it! I’ve only bought Wreckage out of the Tiger Force, I’d much rather have the OG character designs than a tiger repaint that reminds me of the G2 Transformers line with neon repaints. Give me the original any day.
I still grab Super7 figures on sales, but they are hard to find in stores here in the US. Especially in the last 2 years the newer waves are almost never on sale. Will be picking up all the Reaction+ figures as soon as I find them.
My wallet and shelf space are safe so long as they focus on sub teams. Wasn’t a big fan of them in the 80s, even less of one now that joes are more expensive, bigger, and are less collectible without the file cards.
I'd just like to see the Tiger Paw reissued since that sale was such a cluster duck. Also Frostbite and Blizzard in TigerForce? that seems like a weird choice since Isn't tiger force supposed to be a jungle special missions team?

Yeah I’ve been buying several of each of the 60th anniversary figures, for what you said, to troop build, plus I really like all of them. The last two, the action marine and halo jumper are both great, I’ve received mine already and they are both great figures!
They could do new cobra troopers and vipers every year, like a new figure but one that would compliment the old figures like maybe they’re different units every year. They’d print money doing that. Especially if they came with different weapon load outs.

I am done at 150. The series is over. Over prices and out of ideas I doubt I will pick up any of these. It’s just lazy on Hasbros part. I would like to see Flash, Mercer or some one major as 150 as I don’t believe it’s been revealed yet. Otherwise the Classified is pretty much done for me, just like when the tv show started doing Cobra La I was out.
I’ll be getting the Tiger Force Sabertooth, Jinx and Tunnel Rat figures but honestly most Tiger Force action figures look horrible. So far I’ve only collected Tiger Force Duke.
Tiger Paw has been the worst release to date. Target near has a spot in the aisle, but no information on it. And second hand sellers raise the price on them. But we have to stand fast and do the wait game hopefully many fans get there own soon. Beachhead Tiger Force would be wicked but hopefully a M4 and not his traditional weapon. As well as a green jinx to. I’m on the fence about tunnel rat that would make three versions to soon. But also Wolf Spider would look wicked. Keep up the great work you two…

With the sublines in play and in need of vehicles. I think Hasbro may have painted themselves into a corner with the haslab vehicles. I would be very irritated if the sublines started to get haslab vehicles at retail and cheaper.

Super 7 never made sense to me. Feels like GI Joe trying to be early Star Wars figures. I was excited about GI Joe when I was a kid because they articulated better than Star Wars figures. The Classified series is great. Love the idea of building a website and expanding the story. The file cards made The characters awesome. I got into the GI Joe renegades tv series a few months back and that was a great story.

I'm all for exclusive figures but the repaints to different teams is getting a bit much. Especially when there are so many characters that COULD be focused on to make along with the ones already in the pipeline. Good news. Blowtorch & Footloose are on the way - early 2025 release. You're not wrong at all - most collectors agree that the OG versions are far superior. However, Hasbro has deals with retail stores, so whether anyone wants them or not, repaints are part of the line - just like they always were in the 80s and 90s.

Super7 Retro figures are CRAP. They know this. That is why they have started to make the figures articulate via Retro +. But it is not quite enough. I like the old school 3.75 inch figures for two reasons. The smaller size allows the potential for more vehicles--as smaller means more economical to make. And two, you can take them apart and create your own custom figures. Listening Super7? Gooood. Now here this--make the 3.75s even more articulate!
I am a life long GI Joe fan and collector. I was very surprised to find out what the real Tiger Force that inspired this toy actually was. Look up Tiger Force VietNam war and you’ll be shocked. This was a ignorant pick or a poor choice at the very least. Basically this group slaughtered people in a very inhumane crazy way. War is hell. These guys were the worst kind of soldier. Anyways still like GI Joe for the most part but wonder if anyone knows the real historic truth and if this was just a coincidence or deliberate.

Tiger Force/Python Patrol/Night Force/etc repaints are what killed my interest in ARAH in the 1980s, so I really have absolutely zero interest in seeing more of them released. As for Super7, I’m waiting to see how good their O-ring figures turn out before I decide what else I’m going to collect from them. I like many of their ReAction figures, but felt that their Ultimates line was a complete disappointment.

I couldn’t care less about the tiger force and python patrol lines. They look ridiculous. Even as a kid I had no interest in them. Since the new figures are sold out on hasbro pulse, will there be an issue getting them when they are released in a few months? Never was a big fan of Tiger Force or Python Patrol. There are still plenty of figures that need to be made. Can we get a pause on all the repaints?

I hate repaints, period. Even if some, like Shockwave, can look better than the original.
I am a life long GI Joe fan and collector. I was very surprised to find out what the real Tiger Force that inspired this toy actually was. Look up Tiger Force VietNam war and you’ll be shocked. This was a ignorant pick or a poor choice at the very least. Basically this group slaughtered people in a very inhumane crazy way. War is hell. These guys were the worst kind of soldier. Anyways still like GI Joe for the most part but wonder if anyone
knows the real historic truth and if this was just a coincidence or deliberate.
I'm excited but I feel just make TF originals don't add to the sub group and same goes for night force. And yet again availableity is an issue that never gets addressed.

The old school Tiger Force vehicles the uniforms should look pretty much the same flat subdued colors😊😊😊 the colorful uniforms you're showing our way to colorful will be spotted too easily in the jungle might as well get a bullhorn here I am cobra😮

Those colors are pretty much all right for some kid put on his shelf and display proudly and loudly😮😮😮 but for an adult collector I want realism!!!
Tiger Force/Python Patrol/Night Force/etc repaints are what killed my interest in ARAH in the 1980s, so I really have absolutely zero interest in seeing more of them released.
As for Super7, I’m waiting to see how good their O-ring figures turn out before I decide what else I’m going to collect from them. I like many of their ReAction figures, but felt that their Ultimates line was a complete disappointment.

Because the American company went bankrupt. Toys R Us in other countries is owned separately & run much better.

Tiger Force was the reason I stopped collecting Gijoe figures back in the day,they where tacky looking so I stopped getting them!

The marketing for Gi joe sucks, because the so called marketing rep is more of an attention glutton than a gang of Meeseeks! At least Mr Meeseeks wanted to help people!😆We want to see the products though…not you!
I couldn’t care less about the tiger force and python patrol lines. They look ridiculous. Even as a kid I had no interest in them.
Since the new figures are sold out on hasbro pulse, will there be an issue getting them when they are released in a few months? I just started collecting the classified line so I do t know how this stuff goes
