Having transcripts is compulsory. If you cannot provide it, you have to mail the university you're applying to and let them know. They can guide you as the process would be different for every university.

I have uploaded my masters degree and marksheet. The problem is that my degree has my enrollment number while my marksheet has not applicable written on the enrollment number column. Do you think the university would ask me to get my marksheet updated from my previous university. My university in India is very slow in terms of administrative tasks. In this scenario can I request Swansea to give me some time to get my marksheet updated?

My old surname was different from recent one in all documents like birth certificate, LC, all academic marksheet,degree certificate but now in my passport, aadhar card,pan card is new one and I also have gadget copy for surname chages and i also applied for newspaper advertisement for my surname chages so gadget or newspaper is valid for application of CAS or not??

Do we need to provide fd stamped photocopy with balance certificate to vfs ?
All the bank docs have to be stamped by the bank and signed by the manager

My uni didn’t ask for bank documents for CAS. Only for visa appointment you will need it.

Hey Vishal unfortunately I am not sure about that. I still think its better if you make an affidavit.

Just go to a notary and tell them. They will put the correct stamps on it!
