Please let me know if each applicant have a Visa interview or is it only for few applicants?
Is there any problem, my agent put 38 days before my class startes on the visa application. I asked him to change but he told it won't be a problem. But then i heard that students can only go 28 days before the course.

Hi Devyani, first of all this is a really great and informative video, thanks a lot for this video. Secondly, as my university is a state university and it will take at least 6-8 months to receive original degree. Can I go ahead with the process with a provisional degree certificate issued by the university? And can I put entry date one month prior to starting of my studies while applying for visa?
Yes. You have to mail the admissions team though. Depends on each university.

My doubt was can i pay IHS fees and Visa fees using debit card ? Or compulsory we need credit card ?

Hi Devyani, had a doubt. When can we start using the funds that we’ve kept in the bank for the Visa application? I’m talking about the funds that have been kept in the bank for 28 days. Can we start using it after the application? Or do we have to wait till we get the visa in hand?

Hello I have received cas letter .. my question is about funding my dad is sponsoring me so if we keep the amount on 11 th June 2022 so till next month 11 July it ll become 1 month then can I show my bank statement and apply for uk visa

Hey, I had my biometrics for UK student visa done today on 16th August. As suggested by my
consultancy I carried my documents checklist
for the appointment but the VFS did not ask me
to fill up the documents checklist n took it as it
is. So my documents checklist is empty. (I had
booked a premium service for 3.5k n it included
free documents verification n I have self
uploaded my documents). So please tell me

Hey dev i got my cas and no accomodation detail yet so what should i fill in the accomodation detail for vfs accomodation document upload section
Leave it blank as of now. But better to book your accommodation asap
Should i submit conditional offer letter or unconditional letter?.........also, do i need to provide accomodation details because i havent booked it yet and am planning to book it closer to my start date
Check video 1. You don’t need to submit conditional/ unconstitutional letters you need CAS. And accommodation is recommended. Checkout my video on that

any body can help me to solve funding issue, i have got confirmed offer letter from uk I have the fee with me but I do not have living expenses to show any body who can help me plz reply 😭.
Hi Devyani! Will applying for the visa in August be too late? Course start date is 17th sept. Also after online application how late do you get you vfs appointment?
August is still okay. But you will have to pay extra 30k for priority visa. No idea but usually people book it asap. You cannot do the online application without making a booking though.

In some cases you have to show university.
That time 28 days is not necessary but again depends on the uni.
You need to ask your university on what is required for CAS it depends.

@@devyanikoparde thanks madam. And madam I will be applying for VISA on an around 28 to 30th July. My course will start on 19th September. So is it ok to apply between 28-30th July? Because I have some problem with finance. I have applied for student loan. If everything will goes well then within 10th June I will have my whole money then I will apply for CAS. Please let me know madam

I have never said they provide unconditional after visa appointment. I said its before.

You can do it. Just that you will have to pay for priority visa.
My ielts examination date is also 25th june.

1. I started working in the middle of my education. Does UK accept that?
2. Do I need to submit all my bachelor's marksheet i.e. backlogs/ATKT once as well?
3. I got less marks in the last 4 semesters in my graduation. will that affect me in any way?

1. Yes, the UK often accepts work experience gained during your education, which can be a valuable addition to your application.
2. You will generally need to provide transcripts and mark sheets for your bachelor's degree, including any backlogs or ATKT subjects.
3. Having lower marks in the last 4 semesters of your graduation may affect your application, but it depends on the university and program. You can compensate for this by demonstrating other strengths in your application.

I received an unconditional offer from Staffordshire University. In my above comments, I meant that will my academic marks affect my visa application in any way or will a valid CAS suffice.

Hi dev , I have a doubt in my 10th marksheet i have name as D sivashankar but rest of the marsheets have sivashankar D and my passport says sivashankar devasagayam . Do you think this is ok for visa application
That would be a problem! Make an affidavit for it stating that the name on your passport and your mark-sheets is the same person!

Hi there! You can fill out the visa application yourself or use an agency/consultant to help guide you through the process. Either way works. Just make sure all info provided is accurate! Let me know if you need any other tips.

It depends on every situation. Not necessary that every student will have an interview.
Also, my intake is september and i am planning to apply for visa next week. Is it fine or is it too early?
You cannot apply for visa without CAS. Check the part 1 video. After you get cas, and have your bank documents and tb test done you can apply for visa. Usually in July now seems too early.

Hi Kaushal! For standard student visa applications from India, you can expect to receive a decision in around 15-30 days once you attend your biometrics appointment. This can vary though - some are faster, some take longer. I'd recommend following up with UKVI if it goes beyond 30 days with no update.
