If your knees hurt from walking/running I suggest evaluating your shoe situation. I used to wear brooks religiously and then about a year ago I started having severe knee pain. Like I would run once and then have knee pain for days. I eventually figured out that it was my shoes that were the problem. I did some research on the type of foot I have and different causes for knee pain and realized the high heel to toe height plus minimal stabilization was causing my pain. I switched to Hokas and haven’t had any pain since.

Dip the earing end in vaseline before you put it in your ear. Works everytime! Acts like a barrier between your ear and the metal

Baby tip when eating at restaurants! 10:15 they have disposal plastic mats that you can stick on the table and then throw away at the end. Chick a Filet has them when you eat at their restaurant if you want to try them out 😊
KiwiCo was a staple in our house for over a decade. They offer boxes for all ages and interests. My 16 year old still has a couple of the Maker Crates in his room he is "saving". His favorites were the ukulele and the pinball machine that he built from the crates. They always had amazing customer service. The Panda crate came along too late for us but we have the crates and the subscription to many family and friends.

Love your videos, watch them everytime they come out ! If you google sugar free purple haze drink, you'll find recipes. Simple syrup is what bakers use to put on their cakes, and lavendar syrup can be found in health food stores. Good luck Larry hope you get drafted to play baseball !! :)

Simple syrup is a mix of sugar and water reduced down over heat.
You could probably substitute with Stevia.
It sounds like lavender haze is basically lemonade with butterfly pea tea infused water (probably for color) and lavender syrup/extract. It sounds pretty simple to make 😊
I work at first watch! The butterfly pea is from a powder and it’s mixed with hot water and ice and it’s put on top of the purple haze base when it’s made.
So idk if your first watch has it but if you like pancakes the lemon ricotta pancakes are so so good!!!!

Follow up on the autoimmune testing?...re knee pain. Also, migraines involve mast cell activation. Mast cells are crucial in the development of osteoarthritis. Certain foods & meds can irritate mast cells.
We will be in Florida in June, and my husband doesn't know it yet, but we are going to first watch, and I WILL try that purple haze drink 😂😂

simple syrup is equal part water and sugar. The reason why the Purple Haze is so sweet is because it is considered a Lavender Lemon Aide. If you google you can find the recipe, but you have to be specific in your asking. There is a Purple Haze with alcohol and then the one you drink of course has no alcohol

Only skipped the spon bit cause i don’t have children, But the story’s of Larry we’re great i hope he gets drafted , And selected for the team, But please don’t buy random brace’s for you’re knee’s, you can better let them checked out by a fysicaltherapist or a ostheopath, When you said my knees are bad, I was like no my knee is bad, I had 3x a patella luxation and had to revalidation 3x ,And the last time i also got ptsd with it and mental i am a mess when it comes to dogs, The last time it happend when two dogs were playing and running and the ran me over and it was done my kneecap did a patella luxation again , And i couldn’t walk anymore , i had to start all over again with walking , bending my leg that was terrifying and bike riding and walking the stairs and swim and sports by my fysio , I am still recovering from that and my ptsd happend after that, and now my knee is chronic and the pain will never go away but i can keep on training, I am to young to get a new knee, I am 36, And my cartilage is damaged, if i don’t take glucosamine everyday then i get huge shooting pains in my cartilage, But i have also a brace when we do long days or walks or go shopping or concert or whatever, It’s not fun to live with chronic pain and i have also chronic backpain, But i loved the vlog was cozy🥰
