What an incredible wholesome guy, hope we see him again in 2028.
Yeah he's comin to l.a.!!!
I love how he called Jimmy “sir” 🥹🥹❤
Why would you wanna wait that long to see him again?
@@coreyhamilton53they’re talking about the Olympics
Amazing personality, amazing gymnast! Best of luck to him and his teammates in 2028!! :)
He is so adorable! He and the entire men’s gymnastics team really pulled my heartstrings, they’re so precious.
Gross
@@justinmj6586you’re weird
everyone that's over 27 wishes that they had him as a little brother.
Same!
🤮🤮
This kid is almost single-handedly making "nerd" into something cool. Thanks broski, wish you were around when I was a kid! lol
I’ve been so amazed that Stephen became the fan favorite and darling of the Men’s Olympic Gymnastics Team this year! I kind of thought it would be Brody because he looks the most like a Ken doll come to life. They’re all really lovely, nice, attractive young men with interesting background stories, so it could have been any of them. Yes, the fact that Stephen did the last routine of the team competition really helped shape the narrative of him as the hero of their storybook ending pursuing a team medal. But I think we as a society have made nerds and nerd hobbies seem so much cooler in the past decade than they were before. And I think that is part of Stephen’s viral appeal. 😊
I love this team as a whole, including the alternates. I think they have a wonderful camaraderie and support each other so well. They were such a joy to watch 😄
Stephen is as much as nerd as Christopher Reeves was when he put on a pair of glasses.
I'm not sure Olympic athlete fits the nerd category
Why do you think he's a nerd? Just curious.
@@canyonblue737-8 Do you think so? Christopher Reeves never really accomplishes anything of note as Clark Kent. Stephen is Stephen all the time - and his personality stays true. Clark Kent has to have an alter ego to accomplish his great things, as Superman. I just don't see Stephen has a nerd honestly - just a nice guy who is incredibly talented - but worked hard for his skills.
What I loved about him is he supported his team mates so well.
Why?
I think this is a major oversight by so many people but his coaches mentioned it about the team: Stephen on the bench brings out the best in the others too, he has one event but his support across the entire competition keeps the mental game of the entire team up
@@ctuero Amen
isn't that the point of a "team"...

His performance on the pommel horse was one of the most amazing highlights of the Olympic games. Congratulations Stephen!!!
600th like
Charming young man. Sweet, not jaded, not sounding phony or self absorbed. Refreshing difference he will go far.
I love his smile. He smiles with his entire face, not just the posed-for-camera tooth exposure which never approaches the eyes. I swear, even his hairline is smiling at 0:24. He'll go _way_ far in product licensing and endorsements, as well as commentary for gymnastics matches. He's got charisma in buckets.
Pommel is THE hardest of all 6 men’s gymnastics disciplines. In the gym world it is affectionately known as “The Beast”. The difficulty of this routine is insane and the execution is magnificent. Congratulations 🏅
Thanks for sharing that. It all looks really difficult to me. Interesting one stands out more than the others.
The rings are harder, imo
The rings tho… that’s why ring specialists have huge arms compared to other specialists
The rings are harder than pommel horse.
I took gymnastics as a P.E. course my sophomore year in college. I was a multisport athlete in high school and was still in great shape, but I failed miserably at gymnastics. All of the events are a LOT harder than they look. And yeah, the rings ARE harder. Just the simplest move of going up into an L-sit, where your arms are straight down by your sides is incredibly difficult and I could never do it.
Stephen genuinely seems like such a kind person. I wish him the best
I’ve watched Fallon every night for the past 3 years. This was my favorite guest he’s had on. Such a likable person. Great personality. And the fact he can solve a Rubik’s cube in 15 seconds plus be an Olympic 2x medalist is unbelievably impressive. REALLY hope he comes back for LA
Being a gymnastics fan for YEARS, seeing Stephen get all this praise has been so great to see! It was so heartbreaking when he didn’t make Tokyo and nerve wracking going through Olympic Trials this summer!
I'm not a huge gymnastics fan, but was he left off of the Tokyo Gymnastics team because he only does Pommel Horse?
@@lauraroth6630Basically! And he didn’t hit one of the days at trials (if I’m remembering correctly). But he was basically the best chance at a medal for the men’s team and there was an “individual specialist” spot that was up for grabs but it went to another gymnast. Couldn’t complain though because the athlete selected was also a fantastic guy, but it was a heartbreaking situation all around. The rules for 2020/1 only gave each team 4 athletes plus and “individual spot” for some countries and I have to say, it was THE worst format change I’ve ever seen made. Especially on the men’s side where they have 6 events! Even the rules on how to get the individual spot were an absolute mess. Pretty sure the only guy who understood the whole mess was Jade Carey’s dad, but that’s a whole other conversation!
What a wholesome personality. Humble but confident.
Jimmy fallon used to blow coka cola in Bloomington with college kids
Yes, I love that in a person. So rare.
Yes! He seems so genuine
classical intj there for you 😂
He's more Peter Parker than Peter Parker
More like Clark Kent with the glasses.
That’s what I said!
He is Bran the Broken from GOT
Yes!
This kid. Adorable. Such joy and earnestness. I love watching him talk about this, because he clearly LOVES what he does.
He’s got that really wholesome personality and being humble. He’s just so likable and you wanna just root for him!
This guy brings tears to my eyes he's so sweetly himself, so poised, just wonderful.
ME TOO!!!
@@susanv.754014 hours later…same!

That adorable little giggle…I can’t ^..^
I noticed that too!
The facial concentration he applied on the pommel horse is the same as when he solved this cube. Amazing and his performance on the horse was my all time fave event from Paris 2024.
So happy the men in gymnastics are finally getting attention and it’s not all about the women’s team. Steven is such a gem!
Humble and wholesome! During the Olympics, he always praised his team!
If only the world were full of people like that genuinely charming young man.
Stephen, you were absolutely amazing at the Olympics and congrats on your bronze medals. Well deserved! 🥉🙌🏻👏🏻
The highlight of the Paris Olympics definitely 😁😁
Two bronze medals!

I've been following Stephen since his Penn State days. I'm so happy and proud of this amazing ride he's on. It couldn't happen to a nicer or more hard-working guy. #gogglesguy
There is a very small percentage of people in the human population who maintain holding a smile throughout their entire conversations. This man here is in the top 1% of that small population. What a treat to watch someone like this speak and carry a glow of joy on their face from the moment they start speaking till when they stop.
I knooooow I was like, oh mate, he's gonna have sore cheeks after this. he is an absolute joy! and that "yessir" UGH. He's so (I hate calling adults this but....) he's so CUTE!
@@grandmatildyfromtennessee4605 - Hey!! Don't hate calling adults cute. Go ahead and cute away all day long. ❤️
I read that Stephen's gym in Massachusetts had heavy calls to enroll kids following his peformance. I hope that swell is nationwide and inspires more men and women into gymnastics. Thank you sir. Has been fun following you since you were in college.
I bet his EVO gym in Sarasota is signing up kids too. Brody Malone and Stephen Nedoroscik are both from that gym.
MY favorite S.N. moment was seeing him at the pommel horse right before his routine- eyes closed, breathing deeply, hands on the apparatus as the audience quieted down. I don't recall any other athlete doing that .
Then he opened his eyes, transformed into PHG (Pommel Horse Guy) and NAILED his routine. I will ALWAYS remember seeing this, like I remember seeing Olga Korbut back in 1972. BRAVO, Stephen!!👏👏👏👍👍♥
He seems like the nicest guy to get to know. I'm proud of him too, not just for what he did, but because he's a humble nice guy. That is what is actually important.
So sweet. Love this kid. Perfect representation of his country.
His performance was Absolutely one of the best parts of this years Olympics! What a wonderful young man he is 😮 and that rubiks cube holy crap 😮
1:17 he’s so sweet and humble and an unbelievably kind soul ❤
He's so wholesome 😭
Love him. What a sweetheart. What a talent. Wish him all the best.
The gymternet has been absolutely in love with Stephen for years, and I'm so happy that the rest of the world is now obsessed with him as well!
Oh I love this kid. This guy exudes positive attitude… nice work Stephen!
The best of America given to the world. So inspired by this young Olympian and medalist. He is what makes this country great.
He’s my favorite athlete ❤️ WELL DONE, STEVE!!! Also, his laugh is the cutest thing ever! ❤
Mine too and he's cute 🥰
2:33 OMG❣️ First time seeing this. I’m emotional too!!! 😢🇺🇸🥇
A gift from the universe. He's the guy folks wanted to leave at home because "he's just a pommel horse specialist". He's the MVP of the Men's Team and a global icon. Love this for him and us.
beautifully stated
My two favorite athletes at these games are Rhys McClenaghan and Stephen Nedoroscik and they're both specialists on the pommel horse and they are both champions!!!! What a treat !!!
I loved that when Stephen finished his routine Rhys gave him a hug and told him they were going to compete again in L.A. in 2028. They both seem like genuinely nice guys.
Yes!!! I've been a huge fan of both for years and am so happy that this Olympics brought them to the forefront for the global audience. 🙂
Yes, Rhys is adorable as well. Love them both!
First time I saw him compete, i knew he was gonna be a star. He has such a charismatic personality.
He has GREAT media training, holy moly.
I think he is just being Steve.
No media training
Yeah honestly, I grew up with his sisters. They’re just simply THAT wholesome and charming. Always have been! Always knew someone in that family if not all the siblings will get somewhere large someday!
@@rongold7719That’s the hardest training!! Glad he’s perfected it. 😊

Stephen, you ROCK, dude! Congratulations on EVERYTHING! USA and the entire world loves you!
As someone from MA we are so proud of you and Fredrick!!! The whole team did amazing 👏🏼
Love both of the! So sweet and talented and wholesome! Can’t wait to see more of them in the years ahead!
Rubik's Cube sure looks different from the ones we had growing up. He did a great job. 15 secs is awesome!
What a nice young man and such a critical credit to his team. All the guys came through. So proud of team USA.
I remember watching by chance, and I had no idea I was holding my breath so hard! The announcers were going crazy and I felt so in awe. Well done Stephen🥇🤓🥇
He is awesome. What a nice personality besides all of his talent. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Penn State. A focused guy for sure.
I understand I’m biased bc I love him… but genuinely an amazing interview. He’s so well spoken, great pacing, professional, personable, active listener, engages the audience etc
He makes me so happy! I love how much attention he's been getting and how humble he is. I hope things just keep getting better for him.
God bless coaches in primary school who say "you can."
Without P.E. no one is telling your kids at school that they physically "can."
Truth!
I don't know how to express the wonder of this young man other than to say he is the absolute definition of GLORY. I have never been a huge fan of sports, but his abilities in all things pommel horse and Rubik's Cube make this guy total TEAM STEVE '28...What else can this guy do that nobody else can? OMG what a gift...
He is the sweetest! Wonderful inspirational young man. I too was emotional watching him perform at the Olympics! My favorite memory of the 2024 Olympics. ☺
He did that routine flawlessly and let’s not talk about what he just did on the show…15 seconds…Ghees!!!
He's a damn national treasure
He gives me a good energy vibe. He just seems like a genuine person you want to meet and be your friend.
He did so good he’s a super hero
During the actual competition day, when he was closing his eyes, I knew at that moment he was visualizing his routine and just blocked all the noises around him 😊 elite athletes do a lot of visualizing. I hope this will inspire more kids to get into men's gymnastics.
Im surprised that China did not dominate this category
Best moment of the Paris Olympics.
I love this guy!
I did think this was one of the coolest moment in the Olympics and I am not an American!!
We need inspiration in men's gymnastics to inspire the next generation for LA and beyond. The Media attention is the right tools to reach the kids
Omg I love him. What a lovely, polite but amazingly talented guy!
He’s absolutely sweet. I wish him good health and good luck for the rest of his life.😊❤

Smart, sexy, cute, adorable, kind, humble, and he REALLY supported his team as well! We'll see him.again in 4 years for sure!❤😊💪🔥
What a ridiculously adorable and talented guy!
I love how they re-created his winning moment! 😂😂
What a great guy! Congrats, Steve!
He's so sweet 😭❤
Goes to show how powerful it is for someone to believe in another person’s potential. His coach in Jr. year called it and he went for it full force!
The hero I didn't know I needed
Didn’t expect Stephen on Late Night, lol!! What a man & what a team, let’s go USA!
Though I'm Japanese, I'm into him. His performance was outstandingly beautiful and he's adorable. I like the way he cherishes his girlfriend.
He's such a good human being, I love that guy
What an outstanding young man! Congratulations!!!🎉
I really wish the interview was longer, so they could talk more about men’s gymnastics. Stephen did a great job though.✨
Stephen and Team USA made me fall in love with men's gymnastics again. Wish they were as popular as the women's!
Steven is amazing and we're all so proud of him and all our Olympians 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Yes Stephen repping the cubing community!💪🏼❤
This is so wholesome!
yep..
Love this guy, he deserves all the accolades! A true star of the Olympics.
A lot of people are just now realizing who he is, meanwhile I’ve been watching this kid since he came on the elite scene. Let’s not forget he’s the 2021 World Champion on pommel horse already (AND he’s the only American to ever hold a pommel horse World title). So to finish this Olympic Quad with not one but two bronze medals, it was an incredible journey to watch these past few years. Beyond proud of him!
This young man deserves all of the accolades offered to him for all the hard work he put forth.
The charisma! He should have his own show.
He is so adorable. Im in love❤
Absolutely beautiful performance!
thankssss for inviting him over..❤❤
What a positive and wholesome guy
Protect this puppy at all costs.
Like, I don't get normally do but I really took a shine to this guy, really wishing him the best and to stay at his happiness like that! He had to do the same questions and same Rubik's cube over again but he is still enjoying his time. So lovely.
We love stephen nedoroscik
Congratulations Stephen!!!!! Well done!!!!
steve solving that rubix cube in 15 seconds is the most attractive thing i have ever seen a man do in my life
Love how his team mates celebrated Steve after his pummel horse performance. You are a wonderful, refreshing person Steve. You certainly demonstrated athletic excellence. Wishing you continued great success on all your future endeavors. ☀️
Well done Steve! Congratulations 🎊
THAT pommel performance got him bronze!?!? That should’ve been gold!
Is it weird that I'm even more amazed at his Rubiks cube skills?
To all of the new fans! Just an FYI that there is gymnastics going on in the years between the Olympics, too! I'm not sure if Stephen will be competing next year but if so, you can catch him at Nationals and possibly World Championships as well. Please keep an eye out for him and the other amazing US men's gymnasts!
Seriously the cutest kid! Our new national treasure!!!🥰🥰🥰
I love how he started counting his rotations when watching the video. Such a down to earth kind of guy. ❤ The US men's gymnastics team was a highlight of the Olympics for me. They compete as a team and not against each other. There's no GOAT and they are genuinely happy for the successes of their teammates.
What a charming STAR!
Great personality
Love you Stephen! Fantastic! ❤
