Hey! I’m putting a video together to go out Sunday that touches on my daily routine including what I eat. I don’t diet AT ALL. I know this is a topic that is so unique to everyone, but simply put, I follow intuitive eating and really try to eat ONLY when I’m ACTUALLY HUNGRY. There is a book that was revolutionary to me called “The Rules of “Normal” Eating” which has helped me identify what foods I am actually seeking that are truly satisfying. It’s also helped me to see that much of the times that I was reaching for food, what I was really seeking was comfort, rest, relief etc. Also, I used to force myself to only eat certain foods and it would ALWAYS result in me binging. Now that I let myself eat what I’m actually hungry for, when I’m actually hungry, I don’t overdue it. Not very specific but that’s the approach I take.

@@AC-iw5mv I realize it sounds extremely counterintuitive - or assuming it may. That if you actually eat what you feel like you will go off the rails and eat everything in sight. That’s what I was scared of. I had a long dark period with bulimia and I have a long video about that. What kept me in it for so long was that I was deprived on so many levels. I don’t think anyone has to have a full blown eating disorder to feel that way either. May be more info than you bargained for 😆, as you can probably tell it’s something I’m passionate about bc I was stuck in a dark cycle for far too long. Willing to do whatever I can to help anyone get out of that deprivation without compromising how they feel about themselves. Hope you’re having a great start to the weekend ❤️

Hey Sumaiya! I cannot say for sure, but as a whole I find the TAM workout to be a full body workout - chest included.
