From my personal experience I know that Big shot professors at big medical colleges don’t bother at all with teaching young doctors …….you are supposed to follow them around waiting for some knowledge to drop ……blink and you will miss it ……at the same time some doctors take their role as educators so seriously that you have nothing but respect for them and envy for the students who get to spend time with such doctors ……best wishes to all of you
