- Mac King is a comedy magician who has performed on numerous television specials, often as a co-host. Here is one of his many performances at the "Just For Laughs" comedy club.
Fact: In his younger years, King performed with fellow Kentuckian Lance Burton over the summers they had off between college semesters.

this prove you don't need to be a pro in slight of hand to be a entertaining magician -- very simple method, yet he puts on a show
I had the chance to see Mac King's current performance at the Harras in Las Vegas, and despite seeing many magicians in my time, including David Copperfield and Penn & Teller, his magic was not the best, but his show was outstanding, the greatest I have ever seen in the field by a long margin. He has my highest recommendation for anyone to see him if they can.
Those are the most 90's people I've ever seen

It's the basic trade. Very funny misdirection, While people ask how he did that, they ask the wrong question. The question is "when". It is obvious. He palms 3 of Natali's cards in his right hand and adds them to the guy's stack. The trick is already done and over with very early. The rest hust very good comedy..

Mac King is a magician. This is MAGIC and comedy. Are you trying to prove yourself by explaining people's magic tricks?
Nam Nguyen I am not trying to prove anything. When facing a good trick, I keep my mouth shut even if I understand it. But in this case, it was obvious.
If you read my first posting. "While people ask how he did that, they ask the wrong question. The question is "when... The trick is already done and over with very early.". Yes I gave a reveal, but a very "white" one, if I may; just to illustrate my point. The art of misdirection using time.
It was more about how to read a trick being performed than explaning this very one. Be serious. You actually see him stack the 3 palmed cards.
I don't think that encouraging people to pay attention is a crime. It makes the show more interesting for them when they are facing real strong magic. As far this trick is concerned, I couldn't care less. I am not one of "those" that keep doing that.
They get on my nerves just as much as they do to you.
