    I am a fan of your work. Your book(Body, Mind and Sport) has given me the assurance that we can now slowly and safely build up a great level of fitness and strength employing the principles in your book.
    I had a question about a sentence in page 205 in your book.
    "In other words, if you can get the body to function more efficiently with nasal breathing, the body can support higher and higher levels of exercise stress and production of damaging free radicals"
    I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to expound on this a little bit.

    I love your videos! Please make a video on the 12 minute technique for exercising. I'm a visual person and reading about it hasn't helped me as much as it will to see it. You truly changed my life to help me transform my health! Thank you !
