Throw the cat. Fixed.
No say pspsps and boom mach 200
@@izabellafulop476 mock 200 is an underestimation it's more like lightspeed
That would be meowch 3
I saw -12g in that fist powered flight.
jimmy didnt commit all over the cockpit, jimmy's blood found itself liberated from its narrow tubes all throughout jimmy's skull
-15g actually at one point. He is a paste.
Its insane how high the quality of your video has gotten in just 3 months. Very well done
Thank you! I have learned a lot about editing videos in that time
@@messier82ac and your videos reflect that.
from now on, whenever I see a paper aeroplane I will ask if it is mach 3 capable
that is very contagious, I would have to agree
Sending this to NCD
I too was a weird kid... I even taped bottle rockets to some of my best designs in pursuit of that heretofore unattainable goal of building a Mach 3 paper airplane. My hat's off to you, sir. 😂
Thanks for the idea I know what I'm doing this summer
I used to attach balloons onto the top and tried to release them and make something similar to this
it didn't work
Imagine having to explain to your boss that you got shoot down by a paper plane...
not even shot down, more like sliced open by a mid-air collision with it
i knew that not every paper airplane was mach 3 capable, but i thought that every paper aiplane could perform air-to-air attacks. SHOCKING
Funny thing is, as a kid, I remember a book with a bunch of **SUPER**-complicated to assemble paper airplane designs called Best Ever Paper Airplanes. Could never really make one of them b/c of all the folding, measurement, and *glue* involved.
try out the Moth design bro simple, reliable and tunable. it can be a glider, looper, or dart just based on the wings
its not a paper airplane if glue is involved
Similar I installed in elementary school an app with paper airplane build tutorials.
this is the greatest creation in Flyout history.
You’re pretty much the sole reason for Flyout’s hype. Keep it up man.
Damn it, you've almost made a B-58 Hustler!
That’s what I said😁
6:56
No, uh… I think Jimmy is now a fine paste inside the cockpit.
This is clearly what Skunkworks had in mind when designing the darkstar.
Your videos are really fun to watch. A tiny tip from me is to add fade-out for audio at scene transitions. Your mic has background noise, and when it cuts abruptly it doesnt sound too nice. Let it go silent gradually. It can be done with a single mouse click in vegas or davinci.
I wonder what the radar cross section of the plane is
Zero on the front, enough to trigger a powerless radar from below.
1, 2 at most.
Front: 1.73 m^2
Bottom: 128,951 m^2
@@messier82ac 💀 thats bigger than a lot of ships
That first flight was a victim of Dutch roll, a side effect of having too little yaw stability. The easy fix is just making the tail fin 2-3 times taller.
This looks like a home recreation of a B-58 hustler!
cool craft, I absolutely did that at home. maybe u could make a B-36 with tiltrotor props for VTOL, the jets switched to scramjet, slapping 3 tails for supermanoeuvrability, switching the cockpit for a B-47 one AND slapping 2 C-17 on the wings to increase range.
This game would be perfect for me, I have been loving planes for a very long time now, and without your videos I wouldn't have gotten to see this game! The last thing we would need are probably customizable missiles, which would be the cherry on top
When I was a kid, I would stuff a bunch of tiny paper balls into the back of a paper plane. If it was built _juuuuust_ right, it would fly a few feet, pitch up into a stall and dump the "bombs," then nosedive, recover, and fly straight until it hit the ground.
And that's how 12-13 year old me learned about the relationship between center of mass and center of lift.
I also used to bend the ends of the wings to make crappy ailerons so they could make turns... I _really_ liked planes.
EDIT: And now I get to the part of the video where you mention you did the same thing. We were both weird kids.
Right at the beginning, when you had the really flat ovals, I thought you were going to make a paper airplane mutation of the Swedish Drakken.
Next time I make a paper airplane, I make sure it can mount AMRAAM missiles and is capable of supercruise
4:45 swiss001 approves that landing 👍
jimmy pulled -15Gs and still managed to continue flying the plane briefly. A true hero
Love the videos and the cool planes you build, keep up the good work.
Bro turned a B-58 into a paper airplane. Can’t have shit in Flyout.
Awesome content for how long you've been on RUclips. Very creative videos, I think you'll get a ton of success!!
so I wasn't the only one who put ailerons and other stuff like that on my paper airplanes
Love your content! you should also make a video where you make your own “realistic” fighter and pit it up agains real fighters
I had a little book on paper airplanes as a kid. it had loads of different ones! I really wish I hadn't given it away. I can only kind-of remember my favourite back then, and I can't even remember how to fold it. With a heavy, blunt nose, it was designed to be launched with an elastic band. There were many others I'm sure I'd find more interesting now. ... But none of it was quite as much fun as the ending of this video! :D
Oh my gosh I love this channel. Thank you so much! This is one of the most hilarious ideas I’ve seen someone come up with in a while.
The ultimate stealth bomber :
Paper made aircraft
I like the idea of a lifting body aircraft that looks like a paper aeroplane
I did also try to balance out the paperplane as a kid. One thing that could help the roll stability is a dihedral wing. Great video idea!
I don’t know how much longer I can wait for this game to come out 😭
5:06 ur not the only weird one here man, i used to do that too, to the point where i'd spend hours balancing my paper airplane instead of paying attention in class💀
Oh yeah, let me just get my 4 turbo ramjet engines to glue onto my paper airplane.
a cool thing about this plane, its that it is the first inclusive plane ever, you dont need legs to pilot it!
I also cut out control surfaces, they did help a bit
Seeing that fly upside down makes me want to see you make a WIG
6:57 jimmy had tomato soup for launch
The horrible child of a B-58 and an XB-70.
This is crazy good! Awesome job!
Greatest flyout youtuber (we need more)
Can't wait for the release
Can you please make in the next video something like Darkstar that will fly more than Mach 5?
Idea chat gpt designs a long-range bomber
Love the content, especially love the cat cameo! XD
Hey, Jimmy became a monotask servitor
Cool idea!
you should try and see if you can make a flyable aircraft that spins itself to fly. kind of like those old WW2 prototypes but instead of just the wings the entire plane spins.
I got a peak of 16.04G during the sideslip
I honestly love your videos
5:17 nah bro small scale engineering is fun as hell
5:07 me too I always and up doing a super over engineered paper airplane with aerodynamics surfaces on the tip of the wings and on the part below that you use to launch it 😅
-15 G "Jimmy's throwing up all over the cockpit." yah he totally isn't a red paste on the windshield. F.
WOW after so many hours in besiege and simple planes on steam this one is lookin B)
This... this is art.
your videos have gotten so good man
good job
you've become the matt lowne of flyout
Yea NO Dihedral ! Every paper plane folding kid eventually figured that one out ! and advanced hobbyists learned the merits of scotch tape ! lol
I would suggest some dihedral in the wings😊
i also added alerons to my paper planes, one day i made like 80+ mini paper airplanes with a friend, they didnt fly, but it was fun. And when we made competitions of paper airplaes, i always won.
SAAB engineers are sweating right now.
I used to cut out those things too, got a flight that imma say was abt 12m once
The Mikoyan and Gurevich Design Bureau brings to you the evolution of the paper airplane, after our succes improving the cup noodle and bringing a new era of scientific advance to the people of the soviet union Mikoyan and Gurevich are ready to bring the out dated unreliable western design of paper aircraft up to soviet standard with Mikoyan and Gurevich Nickel Steel airplane.
2:51 No , All you have to do is note the paper airplane wing shape, which is never straight because the wind pushes it up. As a result, you have an upside down V, and then you'd just go straight. Lul
Jimmy just nuh-uhed death
Me waiting for fly out to release:
Real paper airplanes have dihedral as the lift generated by the wings pushes them upwards, making the aircraft extremely stable.
Bro actually made a flying Dorito
Let's make RIP Jimmy a colosal meme for this game that will always be brought up when a crash happens.
now that i think about it the j35 kinda look like a paper plane flying upside down
I believe the forced rolls are because of the fin being placed on the bottom of the plane rather than on top. Now why it is more true to character and accurate of a paper plane design. The air foil simply disagrees😂. This is because the air moving above the delta wing is slower than the air passing beneath to generate lift. Because of that you would need the fin on top/a wider fin on top with the same fin on bottom/ or wing tips to help offset the roll. But at sonic speeds you could get a weird affect where no matter what you do the plane will want to drift left or right due to the wing tips off setting the problem and not fixing it. Also a dihedral wing could fix this like the on the paper plane. But you’d loose lift at slower speed which probably doesn’t matter lol
It's giving me heavy B-58 hustler vibes
OK, that was hysterical.
I like how it looks.
I once made a paper plane with actual gear and it did a smooth landing
the design is very human
This was just a long video of jimmy being tortured, poor jimmy
5:32 I think you just made a Convair B-58 Hustler
you could have folded the nose making it the cockpit,
jimmy would have very good view there :P
any nice video.
if you make a "dart" style paper airplain i bet it could reach mach 4
if unsure how to make a dart, the wings should be folded over twice and the paper should be oriented hotdog style
You should make a VTOL plane
My partners cat is a B&W Tom called Beaujo or 'Beau' for short so seeing another cat called the same, though I'm guessing spelt different, was very peculiar
Not enough 'continuous' propulsion - Could use a couple P&W J58s.
"Lockheed martin wants to know your location"
Can you make a video testing making fictional aircrafts to see if they could work?
As an investor of the USAF, I hereby officially order (while representing the offical United States Government) 5000 Messier Paper Planes 2.0 aircraft
LETS GOOOO BIPLANE A-10 IS IN VIDEO
The urge to make a constant vomit rocket
I NEED FLYOUT IN MY LIFE! just gotta wait :)
Paper planes may not be as efficient as that, but you really dk how to make one
I only payed attention to your cat lol
well technically if you take a paper airplane into orbit, you can get it to far more than mach 3! (ground speed)
I have another AI help video idea: early jet fighters. Maybe examples like the me 262, he 162, gloster meteor, p80, yak 23, mig 9, and f2H banshee to name a few. Gives quite a few engine placements for the ai to work with.
don't forget the P-59 Ariacomet
You should try to make some extreme STOL aircraft. I know that's what I would be doing if the game was released.
R.I.P Jimmy!!!
Im intrigued by your name. are you into astronomy?
Yes, I am! I am not a professional or anything, but it interests me a lot. M82 is my favorite galaxy, and has been my username for a very long time.
yup. I need to make a paper airplane.
