Johnny Gaudreau is the definition of "chequeing out" Blaming Columbus is absolutely ridiculous. He chose columbus specifically because they will never ever make him play in the playoffs. There is nothing "confounding" about him choosing the easy road.

Johnny hockey has always been a floater that doesn't play defense and cannot drive the offense. He is way overpaid and way overrated and always has been. He's good for his size though
