- Wow, this has been some of the most fun I've had in a flight simulator, I just love getting into bad weather and finding somewhere to land. Things go very wrong, but at the end of the flight, we do have an amazing happy ending. Hope you guys enjoy as much as I did.

Thank god, someone using their beta access to show something other than the same passenger jet routes they've been doing for the past 38 years.
Check out RUclipsrs ObsidianAnt and Squirrel. Both are doing quite a few pretty interesting MSFS20 videos.

I swear this game makes even a country like England seem gigantic 😳😵 You could spend years just flying around and exploring one country alone, hell, even one region of a particular country alone, and to me that is truly amazing and mind-boggling 😊 I can’t wait to explore the world and see everything there is to see in this beautiful blue planet of ours 😁

Kassandra von Kifferllenia why don’t you upgrade your internet as well? I heard that it depends on internet and constantly uses online data but don’t know if that is true.

when you landed and dropped down that hill, to see the details in those buildings, just completely random buildings in the middle of no where, i was completely blown away. This simulator is going to consume hundreds and hundreds of hours of peoples lives haha

Thanks for the marketing name you mentioned... Synthetic Vision. I had never seen that G1000 feature before and was trying to find details on how accurate it is in a simulator versus real life.
@@Tsyras I wouldn't rely on Synthetic Vision for terrain avoidance in IMC. It's a ball-park reference, and not terribly accurate even in real life.

So much fun. I have a question: has anyone else noticed some strangeness with regards to AI traffic models? His friend, for some reason respawned in a TBM with a Bonanza exterior model but it was the F33 bonanza, except the tail is very strange looking. I’ve notice tails and paint jobs of some AI traffic models look as if some of their dimensions or shapes are wrong. I don’t know, maybe it’s just my phone screen or something. I know that they’ll be updating traffic and I fully expect a 3rd party dev to release a product with a ridiculously huge library of lower detail AI aircraft models that include realistic paint jobs, liveries and makes and models of every type, so it doesn’t concern me too much, I was just curious if anyone else had noticed.
Definitely want to see more. This was awesome!
A bit of correction, it's not Papua New Guinea (the country), but it's still on the island of Papua, the country is Indonesia :)

Beautiful flight...The computerized voices on the sim are a distraction from an otherwise great looking product.
Good thing they can be turned off :). As well as Vatsim being available too.
I agree I was hoping they would've gone a different route on that.
@@killerbsting1621 can't include all of the world when you use more organic voice, they would just sound weird when saying some random airport.
I’m doing a project for International Society of Women Airline Pilots and all the computerised voices being male (so far) makes me really appreciate the bias games and entertainment companies may or may not be consciously helping to perpetuate. Hope the developers address this in future updates!!
@@kbd9765 you can change the pilot gender and race already, voice is probably coming in the future.

Everything looks so amazing, so I'm really curious about what you hate about this sim? I have noticed some glitches here and there in other videos as well, but still... 😉

Nothing wrong with the autopilot. You just dont know what youre doing. No offense. When you shut it off in the video, you were trying to select heading and altitude 240 but you were in Roll mode because you select VS before anything else. You needed in this case to select YD and then AP first, then HDG, then VS +whatever rate you wanted. If you get all messed up, select heading and alt and turn on Yaw Damp and Autopilot to get the airplane straight and level first. Then select a higher altitude and press FLC (flight level change) and use the VS wheel to set speed to 124 (Vy best rate of climb). If the Outside Air Temp (OAT) is more than 5c, or clear of cloud, you dont need the Inertial Separator (on the deice panel) which opens up the engine air inlet to allow more power and better cooling for climb (Temp/ITT restricting with it on). Always check your FMA (green/white annunciators) above your attitude indicator whenever you press something on the autopilot controls to make sure the plane is doing what you want it to. For example, if you want to climb to 240 in heading mode it should say “HDG AP YD FLC ALTS” with 240 in blue above your altitude tape. Just fyi for anyone interested....

CocoEspada Thanks, I should’ve noted, the Inertial Separator takes about 30-40 seconds to fully travel open or closed. There will be a pretty substantial change in Torque and ITT as a result. For example, in the climb, I will set TRQ around 80-85% and when I turn off Inert Sep, the Trq will rise to 95-100% and I make little adjustments once it gets close to 100%. With no autothrottle, the pilot should be watching the Trq a lot in the climb anyway.
Just imagine all the multiplayer bush flying! :-)

MFS2020 is a gem when it comes to scenery and weather. !
It's Friday night now here in the UK. Just three days to go until official release. FS2020 pre-ordered on Steam. This is going to be one of the most longest weekends I've had to endure, I can't sleep properly either due to the excitement the closer we get.

When a Bonanza flys past a TBM theres something wrong lol
They need to update wing flex and suspension on aircraft like on X-Plane. I hate stiff aircraft it’s a huge killer for the game
i hope that one day MSFS2020 will allow 3rd party creators/developers to upload to the main server and share/sell from the main server, so that everyone can see all the freeware and payware addons, not just the people who own them. Owners can see the Payware/freeware, while others can just see it ingame. that adds more diversity and immersion.

Hey man, great video, what software do you use to 5x the playback speed? I've just started recording my round the world trip but doing it low and slow makes for videos that are 40 mins long, ain't no one gonna sit through that! :)
Autopilote is way better now on all aircraft except for the airliners but I think A320 got better fix
if I have to watch one more video im going to pull my hair out!! I already put in 2 PTO days next week just to play this bad boy
By the way, if you peg the throttle in that plane, your engine warranty will be voided. Lower the music volume by 99%

It will but not on launch. It's coming this autumn or fall depending on where you are from
