Renault app broken, no data showing, keeps showing the wrong information or not updating?
Try these steps first.
The Renault app is notoriously bad for some and great for others. I use a third party app by Z.E Services. The Z.E Services app is super basic but works better for me than the original. It only has the very basic options but can get you out of a pickle when you need to see the information about charging.
