    i made this dish , this afternoon. Totally awesome, so easy to follow and was a winner dish as family members mentioned. Also made a fish dish, but this one was the winner. Go and make it, glad I found it and will be making again. ......only thing it that I’d put in capsicum and some cooked sliced brown onion.. still a great dish.

      I saw a recipe where they said that you can substitute sherry , You could evaporate the alcohol quickly. Why are you worried about it? It evaporates so fast that it really is a non-issue. It would be safe even for children.

      Baking powder is baking soda + cornstarch. No need for the starch.

    Please tell your viewers what cut of beef youre using. It seems that in every video youre not doing this. Its important to know whether youre using fillet or chuck.....

      @@Jerry.Z just don't rinse yours... but you will taste that baking soda... its used to tenderize meats... don't you wash any of your meat ?? That is what is nasty... got to wash your kitchen anyway or maybe your kitchen is nasty to, like the meat you eat.

      Is that why it was soaked in baking Soda? I suppose you can marinate any old meat in baking Soda to make it taste better
